You've got potential, thats for sure. If you have access to a camera or scanner, I would definitely recommend downloading Gimp, and having a go at editing and coloring your hand-drawn stuff in a full image editor!
I'd also recommend playing around with what ever tools and options the program you're using has. Hit-and-miss foolery is how I learned half of what I have, and the other half came from youtube tutorials, which are a valuable resource.
Keep at it though! You've got some decent stuff, and you definitely have potential!

Well unfortunately I only work with faction patches however there is another patch maker who goes by E-The-Pony who may make that patch. You may want to check with him. Best of luck to you and check back from time to time as I do come out with new faction patches ^_^
