Oh yeah. I've kind of died, but it's a good thing because I'd rather be dead to a dying world and alive to Christ~ Ever since I looked at it that way, my depression fled away and became more in control of my thoughts/emotions. It means I'm alive! My sister was going through the same thing and I was able to encourage her (that disconnected, numb feeling)
