# About me
wow... i haven't been on here in so long.... so much has happened in the past year, year and a half... nothing positive, but that has fed my art...after it killed it. i thought my soul died after two -yes two- last betrayals. i quit everything from writing to photography and all other forms of art.after someone i didn't want to see die came back into my life, i lived, hoping to save them before leaving. but in saving them, they saved me, too. and finally, i am back and going to start up with not only my art and the like but also with alternative modeling.
for a long time it was hard to have my art here, or anywhere, for that matter, because i didn't feel it was good enough...i'm here to say, it may not be good enough, but, i have learned to at least accept that, and accept that even if no one else cares about my art, even if my art is horrible,...it's something i enjoy, and provides me with a voice.
i do not expect anyone to like my art, and i do not do my art to offend or trigger... i need a voice.
hence....no matter what i do with the art uploaded, none of it is meant to be anything more than a release of inner pain...all i ask is even if you hate my art, please be respectful with it. i'm trying to regain my voice...

wow thank you! i am glad to find people who use real blood, just a personal thing. I have a lot more i'll be uploading, i just want to upload them in a way that isn't "typical" you know?
anyhow; yes, please do add a link to your group and i would love to join. I have painted with my blood actually, i just would need to find those pieces.
People don't seem to understand that one can cut and use their blood in artistic ways; doesnt mean anything "bad" ... that comment really gets me mad.

Sounds cool, I'll keep an eye out for it. I'm starting a new piece tonight, should be done in a few days time.
We're not a group... yet. We've got a few unofficial people who do blood art/have started blood art due to my influences and work. I've got to get a group organised, but I'm waiting for a few more blood artists before anything else. I'll post a link in my next journal, next few days.
Look over my profile and you'll see exactly how much shit I've had. Most of it was over pictures that I've now taken off, broke DA regulations, but you still get the idea. Hate how people don't understand, refuse to open their minds.

Yeah, I've been threatened that if I didn't take off my work, I'd be kicked off. I've ignored them, and nothing has happened to me so far.
Though I did move the photos of my scars to my blog, some people like the art, but the scars are going too far for them.
I just found a really good group, they do blood paintings like me: #BloodPainters
Check them out, might give you some inspiration, they did for me.
