Not normally. I have a stack of problems that get in the way of doing requests. I have difficulty doing things in a timely manner, and I don't want to focus on revisions or tweaks if the recipient doesn't care for something in the piece after I'm done with it the first time. I also have problems with motivating myself to start or complete pieces that I fail to get inspired about.
But, if you can accept and deal with the understanding that the request might not get granted even if I had good intentions at the beginning, but still want to ask anyways, I'm not going to discourage it. It can't hurt to ask me even if nothing comes out of it.
