Nice to hear that, same here. And you say you've been to busy to keep drawing, right? same here I've been more focused on playing the guitar and drums not much time just a comission now and then but I don't upload them here. Right now I'm working on an illustration though...

Not the mood to draw for two years but i draw again some sketches since last spring. Gonna upload them one day here. Funny thing, i bought a guitar few months ago and i am very focused on it too

Wow! really? very cool! I'm focused on my guitar too, actually I'm working on doing my own music studio so on this year I got me a set of drums, new guitar, half stack, mics and I just bought a bass last week... hopefully by the end of the year I'll have my studio ready!

Well i pratice with a classical guitar and when I will master this instrument, I will buy an electric !
Do you have a band or do you record individually each instrument and you mix the whole (a future Trent Reznor ) ? Anyway, I'll be delighted to hear your stuff !

Well right now I'm doing music with a drummer only, but here you have a hard time getting good musicians that are desciplined so that's why I'm buying all the instruments, if I have trouble with any of them I'll record everything by nmyself. Mainly I play the guitar but I do drums and bass too, well I don't know if you'll like what I'm doing, I like playing death metal and stuff like that... What kind of music do you like or would like to play in a band?

Long time no see ! I like metal very much, mostly progressive, instrumental rock (such as Paul Gilbert, Satriani...) and industrial. Currently I listen to EBM, indus music, electro... everything with scratching sounds and distortion !^^ I don't listen much to death metal, I only know Carcass or Morbid Angel in this style, which I like for the deep riffs in it...
 The only groups I played in were classical orchestra, it was nice to play with dozens of musicians, but... it was classical music and the audience is very specific. I would like to play in a band, the only barrier to my will are my skills in guitar !

Cool! I like industrial as well, Ministry, Skinny puppy, Front line assembly and so forth (old school stuff lol) and I enjoy electronic music as well.

Very cool you know Carcass! I saw them like a month ago and it was pure genius specially since I have heard them since I was a kid and finally seeing them live was something special, very nice you've played in orchestras! that means you are great musician and I do like classical as well, Paganini and Joan Sebastian Bach are some of my favorites... What instrument did you play??

I'm a bit fed up of my way of drawing actually adn I express it frankly!

Everything is super okay here! My studies eat all my time but I'm more than decided to succeed this year!

I'm pretty dadgum happy for you! And actually, I accepted a job offer with the BNSF railway (now owned by Berkshire Hathaway) to run trains for them in Montana. The pay is simply...much more than I was ever going to make in prehospital medicine. The benefits alone are worth more than 90% of my friends with BS/BA degrees are making. : )

Anyway, I want that stability for when I eventually get married.
