HOWDY!!! MY NAME IS JUAN ANTONIO FONTANEZ AND I AM A YOUNG DUDE WITH A DREAM TO SUCCEED IN THE ART COMMUNITY. I HAVE BEEN DRAWING SINCE I WAS A LITTLE MUNCHKIN...STUFF LIKE CALVIN & HOBBES, THE PEANUTS GANG, PRINCE VALIANT AND GARFIELD INSPIRED ME TO BEGIN DRAWING...THEN CARTOONS LIKE GARGOYLES, X-MEN, SAILORMOON, THUNDERCATS, CONAN & THE PIRATES OF DARKWATER ...I WAS PRETTY MUCH THE NERDY DRAMA/ART GEEK THROUGHOUT SCHOOL BUT I FEEL THAT I HAVE JUMPED OUT OF MY SHELL CONSIDERABLY SINCE THEN. I HAVE TO BE HONEST AND SAY THERE WERE CHANCES FOR ME TO ADVANCE AT A YOUNGER AGE AND I LET THEM SLIP THRU THE CRACKS DUE TO SOME POOR DECISION MAKING...BUT NOW I AM BACK ON TRACK AND READY TO PURSUE A CAREER IN THE ARTS...TO INSPIRE OTHERS TO BE CREATIVE AND BE INSPIRED MYSELF. MY ULTIMATE GOAL IS TO DO COVERS AND PROMOTIONAL ART FOR COMICS AND MOVIES...MAYBE PENCILLING AND/OR INKING COMICS...GRAPHIC DESIGN-FASHION & COSTUME DESIGN WOULD ALSO BE REALLY COOL...IF YOU WORK IN ANY OF THESE FIELDS AND HAVE ANY ADVICE, I WOULD GREATLY APPRECIATE IT AND DEFINITELY PUT IT TO GOOD USE.CIAO YA'LL!!!
