Well. She looks like William Zeppeli from Part 1.
And she supposed to reference manlyness~ish and references Broadway. Even her voice actor I believe was part of doing things that males would actually do.
And she is a dog whose flavor is chocolate, very ironic b/c dogs can't have chocolate.
