Not a problem! I like your work. My husband is a web designer, and I am an illustrator. I like that you do both! Β

I wish I could get into programing. I'm trying to talk my husband into teaching me, so we can team up.

Hi Rushelle!!! I have been so busy, I rarely check my deviant account, but I'm glad I did. Thanks for the add, I can't wait to view your work. Hayley from our class is on here too, I just added her to my watch and faved some of her work, her stuff is really good, so dreamesque. You can find her from my page if you haven't already connected on here. I wish I was talented with digital like you two. I'm so old fashioned.

no need for thanks... My dad (step) had it 10 years ago, and was fine, then suffered a stroke (unrelated) and had complications do to meds and passed 4 years ago... my mom just got past it 6 mos ago (totally out of the blue a year ago) and is doing great (although the post tests and searching is getting on her nerves)
and your work is amazing... my real dad is an artist and is amazing, but I never got any of his skills, I just make silly pictures and write some lol but your work is really really beautiful....

Oh I am so sorry to hear about your step Dad! Losing a parent step or not, is never easy. I lost my mom almost five years ago, this thanksgiving Due to Heart Failure. And I was actually diagnosed July 13, 2010, while I was seven months pregnant. But I had my Daughter and started Chemo and within six months I was in remission, I had Hodgkin's Lymphoma. Check ups and testing is the worst, Tell your mom good luck, and to Keep her head up. After Five years were in the "Cured" zone. Woot-Woot!!!

(yeah he raised me since I was 5 so he was the only dad I really knew) after his stroke he moved in with me so it is still hard, the smallest things remind me of him....
I know how hard pregnancy was with my ex wife having both of our girls so I cannot imagine the added stress, and well everything of being diagnosed at that time... glad you are doing well... and if I can say your attitude kicks some major ass

Thank you! I figure I've only got this one life, I'm not going to waste it by letting something thats out of my hands defeat me. Besides I've got 3 kids at home that need me to be upbeat, Kids sure can pick up on negative vibes really fast.
People say you get over a death in time, I think their full of it. I still miss and cry over the loss of my mom, even though I believe in an after life, and know I'll see her again, I still get sad when I can't call her or tell her about anything. But the worst part was seeing how much pain she was in before she passed, and watching her personality disappear, that was devastating.

yeah, my dad stayed upbeat for the most part... but still you could see the change in his eyes... and my nana suffered from alzheimers and just seeing her fade away was terrible, she did have some moments where she remembered everything and tried to make ME smile, so those are the moments I treasure... (and my girls always know when I am down, usually even before I have figured it out, and do everything to get me out of it... love them so much)
