Oh okay! :3 So I think your artstyle is going to the right direction! But the thing you struggle with is proportions. Not necesarilly anatomy, but the proportions! :0 To fix that, I would google "human proportions", draw the characters heads a bit shorter and then measure with it just like in the pics!

Also you should look up references of people looking at other directions and study them! You can later stylize them! C: Because I noticed that you mainly draw humans looking forward!

Another critique I would have is the shading? The placement could do some work (again with studying references), but I think you should use a more solid brush instead of airbrush! 0w0
