Hello, yeah, sorry it's me, Dib07. Lol. Haven't been on this account for awhile. Yeah, the new trailer and game teaser looks sweet. The comedy actually looks genuinely good in both quality and material. I have to say I am even more thrilled about it than before. Though it sucks that they have pushed the release date for the TV series to late fall 2014 than May. Ugh!

Oh ahah no worries! Just watched the new trailer as I had no idea there was another one, which was silly really because I was aware E3 was on lol. I definitely have higher hopes for the comedy from the new trailer than I did before! Wow I wonder why they had to push  the release date back so much? :S I'm looking forward to it more now although I am concerned about this new character, the Sonic verse is already over run with characters, why they didnt just use a pre-existing one? I do hope Shadow makes at least a small appearance, there are rumors about it but when it comes to Sonic-dom it's never wise to listen to rumors haha.

Exactly about them rumours, and I have seen SO MANY pictures of Shadow in Sonic Boom and some are poorly done, others look legit, so fans do tend to go crazy and interpret things the way THEY want it so much so that things can get a little confusing for the rest of us. Yeah I'm in the same boat as you, I see no reason for extra characters, especially when they have all the talent already - or have characters that already work - not these new hash-ups. They already made that mistake by making Big the cat and now Sega have pretty much deleted him from memory. Ugh! But yeah overall it does look VERY good. I reckon they are stalling for Christmas. It makes sense. And they want the money. The series itself and possibly the game may already be complete. By I could be wrong.
Anyway, it's a pleasure to talk to you as always. let's see what happens!

Yeh I've seen a couple of images on here of Shadow which I thought were legit releases from the studio haha. OH LOL big the cat, talk about creating a pointless character, what about...err was it Bean? And Mighty and Bark, people actually liked those characters and they still fell into insignificance ages ago :S You never know they might throw every character under the sun in there and melt everyone's brains hahaha glad to see Metal Sonic is in there...unless that was a rumor aswell? GAH. Lost track.

I know, that's the problem these days with the internet, fans being too excited and trading around fake rumours, (it's basically like Chinese whispers - and the lies get bigger and bigger). I'm STILL trying to get over the shock of Knuckles being a beef-cake. People either love or hate his new look, and the change was so radical that that outcome was obvious, but the studio went ahead with the change anyway.
But yeah, Metal Sonic would be nice, and if he is in the show I can imagine some pretty nifty jokes and scenes involving him and Sonic. ^^
I don't mind side characters i.e. villagers to help make the place more vibrant and alive, but odd characters that have no niche will be a pain. It's like the Chris-syndrome all over again. XD

Yeah, nerdy excitement galore! It does look amazing so far, and the CGI is blowing my mind. Also the voice acting sounds solid too. I'm crossing my fingers just in case, because this is as close as we're going to get to a movie, but I think it's going to be cool!!

OMG Chinese whispers is the PERFECT way to describe it! Haha. Tbh when I first saw Knuckle's new design my childhood died a little, but then combined with the brilliant voice acting in the latest trailer I think it totally works! And if the characters all have different skill sets they have to to look at least a little different from eachother. (Which reminds me, what's all the rage-quitting about Sonic's arms being blue? Makes far more sense to me! Lmao).

CHRIS! Possibly the most annoying character in the Sonicverse EVER, but at the same time it made him unbearably...hilarious? Especially all the spoofs, I don't know if you've seen Sonic F on Youtube but the Chris parts had me crying definitely worth checking out if you like stupid humor! yes the CGI looks amazing and also quite stylized, you can tell they're putting a lot of love into it all, there's so much hype around this whole thing it really would a complete crash and burn for the entire fandom if it doesn't live up to the high expectations! Which is kinda scary

Well, I guess we can relax a little with the CGI and story. I've never known anyone to put so much effort into a Sonic-verse except some things like Sonic Unleashed - that was amazing. (not mentioning the werehog). Yeah, I guess Knux's new design will have to grow on me, and like you say, there is at least a reason for his burly-self. I really wish they'd hurry it along with the release date, but hey at least there is the game too, and saying that, I wonder what else they plan to do AFTER the game release and the TV series is out there. Will there be another game based on BOOM? Sonic never stops. He keeps on going. So it will be an interesting ride.

Ha, yes! Sonic F is unbelievably hilarious! I wish there had been more episodes!

I've never known a character in all of history to fail as much as Chris. Lol.

Oh yeh I presume you saw the Sonic Unleashed mini movie they released? That had really good animation in it and it was pretty fun even if it was only about 20 minutes long. The release date push-back is a bit ridiculous though, one or two months I could understand but I don't know what's made them take so damn long?! Haha. I just hope Boom and whatever comes after are the break the franchise has been needing, what with the years of awful unengaging games and Sega's financial worries they could really do with a break, and hopefully it'll draw lots of new fans.

Hmmm a more fail character than Chris....nope. I got nothing!

Yeah that Sonic Unleashed mini movie was splendid, and it proved that they 'could' consider doing a fully animated Sonic movie, which everyone wants. But... that day has still yet to come.

Yeah, it was a big push back. Really big. Kinda sucks too because I have like, nothing to play. I have played everything else to death, lolol.
Yes, Boom will be a big break for the franchise indeed: and hopefully a comeback so massive that Sonic will once again solidify his existence over his rivals and reclaim the title of being the undying icon and mascot. And everyone is whispering about a games market crash like in the 1980's so any comeback is good news for the industry.

Star Breaker was my favourite one to read   (after Panacea, which was the first one I read)

When you stopped uploading in 2012, I thought that was it, but you came back, and your other stories followed! I love reading Porcelain too!

No way homie! You're re-reading Panacea! I am always flying-to-the-moon LITERALLY when someone says they're re-reading one of my older fics. Especially that dark one! OMG is it dark! I haven't read it in about two years, so I think I'm going to as well. I might have to break out my huge manuscript or quickly get it formatted into a book to carry around. I've done it to big fanfictions before. It's so cheap too! Saves so much paper from my printer!

Glad to know you're getting in okay with your photography! Do you have any favourites? Do you have a fav style yet? Do you have your own camera? A really decent one costs quite a bit, which is kinda annoying, but hey, a first camera should last decades!

Yeah, hopefully the ones I've done last week. I won't know until I've developed them to see what they look like. hmm, we haven't really done enough styles to decide yet, but so far, it's the open shutter stuff. I do, but it's only a standard digital one, takes nice pictures though, the settings allow me to play around with the lighting, detail etc. Though I would love an SLR. :3
Yeah we really do! I try to check DA every week now, just because I have an overload of messages and notifications by then. XD
I have a Facebook now (lol) and a Twitter, though I'm more active on Twitter. I try to be on FB often, Rhia's Sonic Boom group is helping with that!   It's probably a bit more active than DA, but I try to reply as often as I can!

I know right!
Yup paper is so expensive. I'd rather just pay for a book and then sit and read it over and over without having to worry about losing papers or getting arm ache. Plus I'm a bit of a neat freak so I get all annoyed when the pages don't align. LOL.

I am glad I am finally finishing all my stories. Porcelain will be all wrapped up on Friday, and the SB will only have 3 chapters left too. Or round about 3. Something like that.

Maybe you'll get an SLR for Christmas maybe? Hopefully? Don't worry I think as kids we all get stuck with standard stuff until we start actually getting money ourselves. I wish stuff wasn't so expensive, and I don't trust second hand stuff. But I'm really thrilled you are into cameras and what you can do with them. They are art in themselves, and they are much easier to pull off a good picture than spending hours trying to draw XD

You have Twitter huh? I don't have an account. I have facebook but I rarely visit. Yeah Rhea's Sonic Boom group is awesome! I can't believe we have to wait until the New Year though until we start getting more Sonic Boom episodes again.

Ahh I'm the same. I hated my geography folder because I used to hole-punch everything, and most of the time they weren't in the same alignment. >_<

Wow, hard question. I like the first 3 episodes (Sidekick, Can an evil genius sleep over... and Translate This) But I also liked the Double Doomsday (with Dave! Now calling him Dave Sonic because it's the same voice lol) and the last one was brill. I was hoping for a Christmas episode, but I guess it's a bit too early for that.

Oh I am JUST the same! I suffer the -exact- same problem! I have so many messages all over different websites and most are big. I really do love getting messages and hearing from people. But each and every day I want to reply, but, I look at a long message and think nooo, I can't give a decent enough reply today because I'm tired, busy, etc. I'll respond tomorrow. Weeks go by and the messages are still left untouched. I AM SO BAD. No wonder people give up on me so quickly Dx 

Thank you I'm gonna try my hardest to keep it up to date with every new plush that arrives. But, I think after a while I'll probably lose interest in the site and it will quickly become very outdated, and left untouched Happens all the time with me I have such a short attention span! 

You don't need to respond. Honestly! I know you lead a very busy life and all ^^ You think that is bad? I have never yet responded to ANY of my story reviews! So I shouldn't worry But yeah, a lot of shit's been happening in RL for me lately and I've kinda been depressed and shut myself away from everyone to avoid getting further hurt, but, I know there are genuine people out there who do care, such as yourself.

It's freakishly freaky how we both kinda visualised what Vachel would look like - so either my description of her was pretty good (and I can't remember) or we both have an inbuilt idea of what a badass kickass lady should look like. Yeah, I'm leaning toward option one as well.    I think the fact that she plays a somewhat Vachel-esque character on Person of Interest kind of sealed the deal; the resemblance was just an added bonus. 

And if you ever get a movie deal, you need to find a way to get Lee Pace in there to play ol' Ommadon/Jedidiah.  When I saw him in The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug as Thranduil, I went "Yeah...everyone else go home, he'd own that role."  He had that fey blend of eerie charisma and vaguely menacing charm that'd be utterly perfect.

Dude, you have SUCH an uncanny eye for people! If I ever became famous, I would so be hiring you as my friend and assistant! (I am fucking serious!)
Hmm, Lee Pace huh? Actually, the more I think about it, the more suitable he becomes - he is sinister, and well, sexy too. He'd need to keep his hair perhaps as long as his role for the character in the Hobbit, and whiten the eyebrows perhaps, and yes he would fit. Lol.

Now we need (or you rather, I only ever had one role suited for one character aka Arden because I'm not as sharp as you) someone for Thad, perhaps Bow, and Harvey. Harvey would be interesting. You know what, this is fun! I am going to try and find these before you do (especially Harvey!) I will most likely lose but I will play the game all the same!!

Oh, you!  ^_^  I'm not sure the world would be prepared for the sheer amount of awesomeness such a team-up would produce, though!

And hmmm, who's your pick for Arden?  I'd give the Thad role to a newcomer since most of the people that come to mind are already in household-name franchises and the audience would probably end up seeing their other character instead of him!  Bow I actually don't have a casting choice for as of yet; can't really think of anyone that quite matches up. 

As for Harvey, Gaspard Ulliel or Cillian Murphy would both be excellent choices, I think.  (I've only seen Gaspard in trailers, but given that he's played a young Hannibal Lecter, I think it's a safe bet that he'd be able to bring the crazy. He also looks a lot like how I pictured Harvey, apart from the hair and eye color.)  And Cillian Murphy was underratedly fabulous as Scarecrow in Batman Begins; even though he doesn't really resemble Harvey physically I think he'd bring a lot to the role.

Thad? Hmmm, tricky. Very tricky. Bow too is a tricky one to choose. Probably someone old lol. I don't know. I never really thought until we started this awesome game. Arden is Robert Downey Jr. Yup. It's in the cards. XD Hands down.   You know it! 

Man, Harvey sure would be a crazy, but convicting villain indeed if he were played by Gaspard or Cillian because they all look the part. Like you I have never seen Gaspard play, but then Cillian was creepy as sin in Batman. He was young then, but he's probably just mature enough for Harvey. You remember casting characters well, considering Batman Begins was quite come way off. You must have a photogenic memory for films. Did I even say that right - photogenic? I dunno. It looks odd when I type it. Nevermind lol.

I am so selfish when I say this, and I know I have said this before but... I love talking about my novel with you. Ohh yeah I am selfish! Oooh!

Nah, it's always a great feeling to see people fan-flail over something you've made...nothing selfish about it! 

And I sort of figured, LOL!  My personal mental picture of Arden had a deeper voice and was more Viggo Mortensen-esque in appearance, but given that Downey Jr.'s an acting demigod, of course he'd be complete perfection in the role.  Oh, and I finally figured out someone for Bow when I was watching The Avengers the other night...Mark Ruffalo!  Again, not a perfect physical match, but he'd definitely have the heart and soul down!

And it's "photographic".    But given my tendency to visualize your male characters as being ridiculously attractive, "photogenic" isn't an entirely inappropriate word there!   And Nolan's Batman trilogy is one of my favorite superhero series, so it gets watched often enough to stay fresh in my mind!

I've also found myself imagining an awesome Orb of Darkness tarot deck for some reason...here are the associations I've come up with:
