Maybe something like-

Ellis and Ethan are on a date in somewhere nice at the park in London. Miguel, who is currently on his tour spots them, particularly Ellis.

"Pardon me young master," Miguel says, talking to Ethan. "But I couldn't help but notice that your..boyfriend..?" Miguel got a confirming nod from Ethan. "Looks perfect for what a good friend of mine is looking for!"

"Oh?" Ethan inquired.

"Yes! Edmond Hathaway! World class fashion designer is in dire need of male models for his cute fashion series, as you can see!" Miguel hands Ethan an exclusive magazine which has various cute outfits Edmond has in stock on mannequins, but with no one to model them.

Ellis is shocked that this man sees him as model material! He thought he looks nice enough, but perfect for a model? This is interesting, though a little scary as well. But Ellis is known to not walk away from someone who is in need, so he looks through the magazine. 

All the outfits look nice! He is very impressed with them! "My goodness! All of these outfits look wonderful! How come he's not getting any male models?" He asks Miguel.

"Edmond is a picky man but for good reasons, sometimes having such nice outfits mean they get stolen way too often by some models," Miguel sighed. He then smiled.

"He also only wants specific things in a model, he wants the pure embodiment of cute! And you, my good young man are it!" Miguel says with a wink. "Trust me, I know cute when I see it,"

"That's so rude!" Ellis has a somewhat angry look, commenting about the theft of Edmond's outfits being stolen. "I know fashion designers put a lot of hard work into their designs. And for them to be stolen is horrible!"

In the magazine, he noticed a few Easter inspired outfits, and one in particular, a bunny onsie. His eyes suddenly sparkle when he sees this when and just starts swaying from left to right with a wide smile, the magazine high in the air, lifted by his hands. "Oh! That one is adorable!"

Cue Ethan imagining him in the onsie XD

Maria, a lovely lady with long brown hair and lavender blue eyes smiles and giggles, noticing Edmond behind Ellis, yet the boy hasn't noticed him yet. XD

Ellis was hurt by the the criminal's words. It felt like a thousands knifes stabbing his heart at once. But Ethan's voice seems to be reaching him, as well as Maria, his adopted mother's. 

"You ARE special, Ellis! You are special to Ethan, to me, and to so many others! You are loved so much!"

Ellis looks over to them, and the memories come to the front of his mind. Ethan has been through a lot, and yet he loves him no matter what. And Maria loves as if he was indeed her flesh and blood child. Then he looks over to the other people who are hostages, they all nod in agreement. Ellis had always been there for these people since he moved into Maria's home and became her adopted son. 

They're right. He's not a monster. He is Ellis Petalsworth, a boy who may have had an unfortunate life up to this point, but he is worthy of love and friendships.

The criminal is still trying to hurt Ellis's heart, but now their no longer affecting him. This words are meangingless now. They don't define who he is, it's his heart that defines him. And now he's had enough..

"Shut up you money-grabbing asshole!" He suddenly screams at the criminal with fury in his eye.

"W-what did you call me, you little brat?!" 

"You're right. I am a little boy who wasn't loved by mommy and daddy. But now? Now I have a future worth fighting for! I have a mother who really loves me! I have someone who loves me dearly, and wonderful, irreplaceable friends! I am in no way a monster. I.." He says as he grabs the eye patch over his cyber eye and tears it off, throwing it away. 

"I am Ellis Petalsworth! Adopted son of the noble Petalsworth family, and protector of London, and to those suffering! And you, "sir", have made a huge mistake!"

Ethan, you have a cute yet badass boyfriend~ And I don't use cuss words online that often XD That's how much I wanted to for this scene!
