Cause it's been about 6-8 years. I've just mostly been lurking, doing stuff occasionally here and there.
But I want to know.. why? Why leave for that long of a time without any true warning and not come back until now?

I do not intend for this to be mean, and I apologize if it sounds as such--but regardless of whether or not what was going on back then before you went off the radar was considered an actual relationship to you or anyone else... I don't have those same feelings anymore. And... I don't think those kinds of feelings towards you will reemerge. I'm sorry. Back then-- I was dumb. I was naive. I was desperate. So I rushed in without thinking.
I am grateful for the answers. But.. I think it's time for you to move on as well. To find someone else, someone that can make you happy.
