I did... I'm writing fiction at the moment, but nothing I want to publish. Just pieces to perfect my writing voice and stuff. That, and I want to see if I have the determination to actually finish scripting/writing something before I go back into manga stories...

Also, I want to have a consistent art style before I illustrate my work, and right now, I've veered into the conceptual artist realm, instead of comics. So it might take a bit of time before I'm back into manga.

Are you insinuating that I'm not serious? I'm appalled!

I can be serious, if you'd like. However, I'll only do it if you've already tried your hardest to make it a good piece (i.e. read it over a couple times, checking for punctuation, etc), and if you're okay with the edits not being finished for you right away. I'm a pretty busy person, since I'm currently actually still in school. I have put off basically everything for the next two-three weeks, including my own writing, since it's finals.

After that, I still have other things that will likely take up my time (like class), so... while I'm not saying I don't want you to send me your files, you have to understand that they may not return to you the next day. It may take a week or something, but I will send it back.

Also, I kind of want to see what the quality of your stuff is right now, so I know what I'm working with before I accept. I'll note you an email address that you can send a small piece to, and I'll see if I think your work is something I can see myself editing on a semi-regular basis.

Is that okay?
