P.S. Please note! I AM NOT A COSPLAYER!!! Those of us who have been involved in the art of costume making, especcially in the professional level guilds, have always known our art to be Costuming. "Cosplay" is a relatively new fad that technically means "Costume Role-play" and the focus is not necessarily on the costume, but on the activity. Wearing a costume and posing for pictures also is not necessarily cosplay. As one who focuses on the artform of making a complete character look, I am a Costumer and would prefer being refered to as such. Thank you for understanding!Also, I do not do commission work. If I have anything for sale, it will be posted to my journal :)
-STOCK- Please note, my work is not stock art. I have had a few people use my work as such in a taseful manner though. If you want to use my work as stock, please ask permission first. Don't use it in any inappropriate manner, and credit me! The costumes I make are hand-made and took a lot of work. :)

Hi there! I was randomly going through my favorites when I found myself looking at your goregeous hand-crafted Ravenclaw uniform photo set and I just wanted to drop by to let you know that it's definitely one of my all-time favorite deviations on this website, one that I always go back to goggle at from time to time! It also inspired me to do my own research of Hogwarts robes so that I could draw characters in the HP world with more accuracy *v*
I've looked through your blog a few times in the past, and every time I do I am simply at awe at the effort and time you put into each of your costumes. Keep up the great work, and thank you for being a wonderful inspiration!

I'm working on my first renaissance gown and I was impressed by your work on that italian renaissance gown. I thought that was really great, I wish I could sew that well. As such, I cannot find a pattern that I'm happy with so I've opted to make it without a pattern. It takes alot longer though. Great job on that dress! That cotehardie was beautiful too!

Thank you! You know, for the main part of that one, I didn't use a pattern either. Just created a simple bodice (it laces up, so no real fitting issues), and the trained skirt was kind of a large "U" shape which I pleated into the bodice. Good luck with it

Do you have any interest in creating GI Joe costumes?Β Most of what I've seen has been very "October 31st-ish."Β I'm no Costumer, but rather a 3D modeler and 2D digital artist.Β Apart from my few 'toon works, I'm all about the appearance of realism in my own craft, as well.
