Oh hush it's perf. 
I'm really excited for it but my GOD piecing it together is like what the hell. Neon orange tights, purple shorts!? WHO WEARS THAT?! CLOWNS, MAYBE. I mean SERIOUSLY nobody sells eggplant colored shorts, I'm probably going to have to dye my own! I don't know how I'm going to keep the trim white though. Ughhhh cosplay issues. 
But I think I'm most excited for the wig, I seriously cannot wait to braid the wefts, lol. And I willlll let you know! It might not be done for a while since I'm currently working on cosplays at the moment for an upcoming con so I'm in crazy mode.

Some of Himaruya's design are like that, yeah. XD I know someone who's making a Romania cosplay right now and she's like "WHY did Hima design his collar like this anyway???"

Well, since you said 'piecing it together' I take you tend to find individual pieces already made and put it all together? I was going to say, if you sew at all you could dye a pair of shorts but then sew on a simple white edge to the bottom of them probably. I just found purple fabric and made mine. The wig was pretty fun though. The first time I did it it was kind of a mess, but the second time turned out a bit better. It still has its issues, but it's definitely a fun one to wear. (:

And that's okay~ I also understand being busy currently with cosplay. I have a convention that's just 3 weeks away and am still not done with my one big cosplay. OTL Crazy convention mode indeed.

Yeah, that's what I thought, since it's not like I'm making it from whole, but rather covering a spot, it won't be so bad. I think besides that it should be easy. I'll probably make the little pins by hand, buy a beret, and the striped shirt and hopefully find a good waistcoast and the giths and I already have shoes I can use and voila c'est fini

Yeah that's what I figured, shouldn't be too hard if it's just the small pieces. I think honestly dying the shorts is going to be more trouble hahaha.

I'm sure you'll be able to get through the dyeing also. c: That's already looking so great though! Oh my gosh! I love how you're doing the braids with wefts. That seems like a much better idea than buying a long wig and chopping 50%+ of it off (like I did), haha.;; But really, that's looking great and I can't wait to see more. ^^

Edit: And oh man, DA didn't even notify me of your other comment on the 23rd, sorry! Sounds like a great plan though. I made my little pins out of some scrap booking paper and they're nothing great, but that's all I could figure out at the time. ;u; (and giths?)

But I am using monster clips to attatch them but they are bulky and uncomfortable, so I think I'm going to remove them and instead try hair barettes, hopefully that will work...

So sorry for taking so long to respond. I had a convention and then the school term, so projects and finals and all that jazz. Finally getting a break though. But I really really think it looks great! You're going to make a super cute Kugelmugel. ^^ I hope you found something better to attach the braids with? I'm afraid I don't have many ideas myself... unless you sewed them into the wig? But I'm sure you want them to be seperate for a reason...

Hm  yeah you know. I think I'm just gonna have to attatch them by sewing them to the wig. 
But I'm definitely going to remake them, they're way too heavy and thick and just are very tangled and stuff haha

Sewing may work well though, they should definitely be secure that way. To keep mine from getting tangled/coming undone I put a nice coat of got2b freeze spray on them after I braided them, and they've stayed in place quite well since. (:

But ahhhh you make SUCH a good Kugelmugel! So so so cute, I love your cosplay. <3 And I know the feeling, the cosplay ideas just keep going and going sometimes. I'm glad it sounds like you're close to being done though and even what you had in that gif looks great so I know the whole thing together will be wonderful!
