Hello! I think I remember seeing you drawing your OC during one the lectures a few weeks back (which I don't blame you for, lectures can get very boring). Beyond that I dunno if we've met, so good to meet you too. How's the course treating you so far?

We haven't met in person because I dun think we have the same classes D: But yes, I love Games Art, I've made a lot of friends and learned a lot. :33333333

The lectures can be incredibly boring, yeah, especially if you're already familiar with art since the first year stuff is just for beginners mostly.

I always wanted to do the course since fine art was so unappealing but never thought I'd be able to get up to scratch. Was gonna do music at UWA but just before the uni offers came out in January I swapped to games art and am so glad I did. I've also met some awesome people and it's a much nicer environment/course

Posting everything is so hard, because there's a lot of stuff that I think isn't good enough to post. Which is kinda silly I guess, because deviantart isn't really about impressing people to me, it's moreso to get feedback. Hopefully we can both start to post everything someday . Work is the worst but at least it doesn't last forever. Not that I count down the minutes until I get to go home or anything. I'm good because today is my only day off from everything and I got to sleep until 12pm and drink lots of coffee.

I WANT TO. Be a comic artist. Though i'll have to have a side job for a while because supporting myself off of art is hard as dicks when i'm not close to a point of being even okay with the thought of even taking commissions from friends. But some day.
Maybe i'll work at a porn store until then.

I imagine at the very least the amount of people nervously shuffling in claiming whatever they're buying is for a friend will be entertainment enough to get you through the day. I agree, asking people for commissions feels so wrong yet it's something that has eventually gotta happen. The thought is terrifying. Your art is really cool though so far and will only get better from here and if you want something I say go for it, there isn't much to lose in trying.
