Tons of practice, haha. xD I've been drawing seriously for three years, though I started drawing a long time ago.
The best way to practice is to just grab a sheet of paper and doodle. Or if you have an idea or pose in mind, that works too. Continuing to practice will bring lots of improvement. :3
One thing that also helps is to look at other people draw, like watching the speedpaints on Youtube. They give me a general idea of how artists color with their program and how they lineart. I find that really helpful with digital art, but they also have traditional art speedpaints. :3
