Hi, you are doing ok. The dinosaur is looking pretty good.  My tip for you if you are serious about improving. Is to draw what you see around you, could be a table and chairs, or a stack of books, leaves on a plant, a pet, anything. and draw everything all the time. Don't worry about trying to do finished work just try to get things looking right, this will help when you learn the basics first. Knowing hows to use things like the right pencil for the effect you want, line weight, light and shadow, textures, composition, perspective etc will really help you bring your art to life.

Youtube has literally thousands of videos that show you how to begin drawing. Start with the basic videos and as you get more confident move on too something harder. Just sketch with pencils at first until you are comfortable sketching anything and everything.

Above all enjoy it, as long as you are having fun creating something, you won't get bored and you will want to improve. It will take time and effort, but in the end it will be worth it.  Anyways, hope this helped.

Like you said you are only 13, you have lots of time to learn and grow and find out what you want to do. 
As for never being perfect, nobody is. Myself and all the artists I know, usually don't like their own work that much as all we ever see is the things we do wrong, but that is a good thing, because it makes you try harder to get it right next time. If I ever did the perfect drawing what would be the point in trying to do it again as it could never be bettered. That is the beauty of art, there is always something to like in everything.
