So I've been thinking about this a little more in part because I was dreaming about it last night. So I think we should keep the folder structure I was talking about but then we should add a few more. For starters I'm thinking we could have a 'backgrounds', 'objects', '2d or vector' for flat shapes/colors and maybe a 'textures' folder. Either of us can populate those folders and take from them at will to work on whatever pieces are in are specific name folders. Maybe after some time we'll be able to make daily or at least weekly posts of all the things we're creating. Any thoughts about that?

hell yeah I think that would be badass. I agree with everything said there. I could make a lot of different shapes and stuff and then once we have those folders we can figure out what type of stuff we want to make in terms of shapes and stuff

Ok, so we have 2.25GB to work with on dropbox if we're using the service for free. I'm thinking maybe we should target a particular print size and stick to that? For example 11x18 is a somewhat popular printing size so we potentially could aim for that. By doing so we can size down our documents to an extent to save on dropbox space and still hold our resource files we have floating back and forth in the 'backgrounds', 'objects' etc folders.
Alternatively we can use dropbox to hold our resource files but keep the files we're currently working on on our hard drives and just coordinate when we need to move them back and forth between us.

Well for now keep making your files at whatever size, I was just throwing that number out as an example. Let me do some thinking and see if we can agree on a common size. Make check with some local printers and see which sizes/prizes gel the best so maybe down the road if we wanna print some of these up we're all ready to go.
