Hey, hey! Thanks so much for the question. 

I've actually got commissions on hold for the next week and a bit thanks to exams and final film assignments being due.

It does not take me long to whip up a number of rough sketches and ideas if the commissioner doesn't already have a type of image in their head that they want for their character. Maybe half an hour or an hour at best.

From there, once I receive payment I start work on the final piece. A fully coloured commission, depending on how much detail is being put into the piece (whether it be a ton of character detail, intricate armor and such, or whether a specific setting or background has been requested, the detail of that can affect work-time too), and depending on my work schedule in a day, can take me anywhere from between 4 to 6 hours usually. Which means sometimes commissions can take me a day or two to get to you.

Whenever I have set aside time to work on your commission you'll be sent frequent updates on progress along with images to show how far the work has come, just so you know I'm not sitting back slacking haha. I'll also be keeping you informed on whenever I won't be able to work at the commission, whenever I need to put things down for a day because life happened or what have you.
