To summarise: slightly crazy guy loves normal girl and got rid of another girl coz she got in the way, and this is his last letter to Rose, the normal girl, telling her what he's done for her, coz he loves her.

Well, it's all in Spanish, and if you don't speak it there are subtitles, and some people don't have the patience for substitles, so it depends.
That aside though, it's an excellent movie. Beautiful story, beautifully told.
It's about a little girl and her imagination in a war torn Spain and how she copes. It's waaaaay more interesting than it sounds, promise.
But yeah, I'm glad it wasn't me either

everyone says this, and no, i haven't watched it, but i'm not that into blood, war, and gore. i don't do horror movies and war movies and such lol. but i suppose i'll have to suck it up. i don't speak spanish, i actually speak french reasonably well. and i understand more than i can speak as long as people speak patiently lol. but i don't mind subtitles. i'm into that kind of thing. it does sound interesting lol. don't worry.
