I worked with Filter Forge a software that allows you to create, and to resume to your taste the filters of Photoshop , PSP, GIMP etc ...
The effect is similar to the filter COLOR HAFTONE
Thank you for this remark that gives me the opportunity to do a little advertising for FILTER FORGE five times less expensive and that allows the creaton of more powerful filters than csripts
