# About me
Oh my! Well hello there, I'm Yoshitaichi! It seems like you've stumbled into my account, well let me give you some info about me and what I do. I've been drawing ever since I was 3-4 years old and its been my most favorite hobby ever since. I don't have a specific thing I like to draw because I pretty much draw whatever. I don't get to post stuff on here that often because high school is being high school...you know, work heavy? Even though I might not post stuff, I'm always on DeviantART looking at others' work. I'm not an absolute pro artist, but to me it's not about being the best, it's about having fun with what you do. Well that's it with me, hope you stick around, bye! ^(^_^)^# Comments

Wow, aren't I splendid? Responding to a comment a little more than two weeks late. =.=
Anyways, I'm doing alright Dewott. My sickness is going away and I'm getting my voice back. Hopefully I'll be able to draw something without letting procrastination get the better of me...

There should be a button on the keyboard that says "Print Screen" or something like that, and it screenshots whatever is on the screen.

I've had this laptop for like a week or more. I got it on my birthday this year. I didn't have a computer for a long time since I was known to kill MANY computers. Hell they gave me the nickname "The Computer Killer" because when I was a kid, my thought process was "DOWNLOAD ALL THE GAMES~!" until I either crashed it or gave it major viruses. ;w;

Hello there "The Computer Killer" : ))
I've had a computer for many years, but my parents never let me on the internet until I was like 10 xD So, when I first got internet on my old computer, it lasted me about 2 weeks, because of how much stuff I downloaded on it. I got a new computer 3 years ago, and it's the one I'm using to type this message! (I still download a lot though, I just make sure its safe first :3)

3 years, that's pretty good~! I've dramatically changed with how much I download, I only download like 1 or 2 games and that's it. One of those games being StepMania a.k.a my childhood game XD

I was curious so I looked up StepMania...
I found some really really cool fan made song levels and they are super cool!
I'm kinda surprised I've never heard of this game before.

It's basically DDR [Dance Dance Revolution] for your fingertips or feet if you have a plug-in DDR dance pad. All you need to do in roder to play is download songs. The best place to get your songs is at www.zenius-i-vanisher.com. Go to the "Games" tab, look for "DDR & DS", then click on "Simfiles".

Which version do you have? I have version 3.95 since the newer versions just don't work for me IDK why -_-
Version 3.95 is my personal fav version because it has the same layout as DDRMAX for the PS2, and DDRMAX was the first ever DDR game I ever played so it's very nostalgic and comfortable for me.
BTW, I own DDRMAX, DDRMAX2, DDR Extreme, DDR Extreme 2, DDR SuperNOVA, DDR SuperNOVA 2 [All for PS2] and Dance Dance Revolution II for Wii

5.0.9, which apparently is the newest version.
I own NO DDR games at all! I own the first Just Dance for the Wii xD

Yoshitaichi In reply to tete444 [2015-11-15 03:09:54 +0000 UTC]
Lucky! 5.0.9 offers much more details & features, so have fun with it, and also if you want some songs to start with, I can give you a list of links that'll lead you to some songs I think you'll like. I always wanted a Just Dance game, but my Wii is currently out of order and I don't have an Xbox nor Xbox Kinect ;.;

That would be great!
Idk if my Wii works or not honestly, its been literally forever since I've turned it on. I have an Xbox (which I also don't use), just not Xbox Kinect...
My computer is pretty much all I use anymore xD (I still sometimes like to play my 3DS)

Sweet, thanks!! Now I just gotta get used to playing this with the arrow keys xD

Yoshitaichi In reply to tete444 [2015-11-15 03:43:07 +0000 UTC]
If you have a number pad on your keyboard (you know the set of numbers on the right side of your keyboard), I recommend setting the UP arrow as "8", the DOWN arrow as "5", the LEFT arrow as "4" and the RIGHT arrow as "6". That layout from my experiences is the most comfortable. Also, if you want, you can also set the DOWN arrow as "2" if you want the layout to be like that of a PS2 controller's buttons

I do have a number pad, so I'll definitely try those controls! (Cause honestly the arrows keys are a little tricky to do because of their layout)
👍: 0 ⏩: 1
Yoshitaichi In reply to tete444 [2015-11-15 03:52:38 +0000 UTC]
I had to switch the controls for mine since the up & down arrow buttons of my keyboard are small rectangles while the left & right arrow buttons are regular squares. (Seriously why do they have it like that? ^(-_-^) )

Oh yeah, I know what you're talking about. My grandma had a laptop like that...luckily I never needed to use the arrow keys on that thing.
And idk? It's not like there's not enough room for them to be normal sized or anything...*shrugs* Guess they have their reasons.

That's great to hear! Soon, you'll be playing dynamic BPM songs (Songs that change speed aka BPM during play) and difficulties like Standard, Heavy, etc. If you're feeling daring one day, I can send you challenge songs, but not now of course since you're still learning. Keep it up~! ^(^_^)^

You're welcome! It's literally been I think 5-6 years the last time I played it. Ever since the last time I played when I was young, it stopped working because I tried to add a .AVI file so that a video could play in the background, but I ended up messing up an important code of the game and just completely screwed up the game. Then I tried installing it on other computers, wouldn't work. It took a while, but I got over the fact I couldn't play it anymore. Now that I have it again and more knowledgeable of the game's coding and just technology in general, it's so much more fun~! DDR was also the series that gave me my mixed bag liking of music. As you may know, DDR is filled with many music genres (Drum 'n' Bass, R&B, Trance, Electronica, Tribal, Experimental, Pop, Jazz, etc.) and all those different songs helped me inherit such a GIGANTIC variety and understanding of music and all of its smallest details. So for me, DDR is a big part of my life.
(Sorry for the lengthy text ^_^" )

It's funny how different things can influence our lives :3 The music I probably listen to most is Alternative Rock, Pop Punk, and Techno-like things (I guess I include Dubstep in that).
Haha, you're fine xD. I think of it as you would actually take the time to type that much out just to reply to me :3

Oooo Alternative, that's one of my fav genres! (My other tops are Hip-Hop, Pop and Electronica)
Have you heard of the band "No Doubt"? I may have told you about them, but in case I didn't, they were like one of the first Alternative bands to REALLY make it big! They alternate from Ska, Electronica, Soft Rock, etc. If you ever get the chance to, look them up!
Here some songs I recommend: Just A Girl, Spiderwebs, Simple Kind Of Life, Hey Baby, Hella Good, Trapped In A Box, etc.

I have not actually heard of them, I'm definitely going to look them up!
The first band I really got into is a band called "Panic! At the Disco", which makes some really good music (in my opinion anyways)! Their first album they made when they were in high school back in 2005 (called "A Fever You Can't Sweat Out"), is my favorite of their albums (which they have 3 complete, and are working on their 4th).
They are more Pop Punk/Electro than anything else, but a band called "Fall Out Boy" is one of my favorite Alternative!
Looking up "No Doubt" nowww~!

Cool, I think you'll really like them! Before I discovered them, I was listening to Gwen Stefani (The lead singer of No Doubt) and her solo music career. Besides her popular song "Hollaback Girl", she had such a variety. Pop tracks filled with Soft Rock, Raggae, Synth-Pop, Experimental, even Rap. I consider her my queen~! <3 >///w///<
I have both of her solo albums: "Love. Angel. Music. Baby." & "The Sweet Escape". I also almost have all the No Doubt albums: "No Doubt", "Tragic Kingdom", "Return Of Saturn" and "Rock Steady"
