Hello!
I'm new to actually models to use for MMD, and I've looked everywhere for a solution to my problem to no avail.
I was wondering if you could check what's wrong with my model for me. I'm pretty sure I've gotten everything done right, but it's still got some problems.
((For the most part, it keeps stretching the verticies that I didn't assign to the bone and I keep trying to fix it, but it keeps happening. :c))

well, I have motion data for "Like Dead Flowers" and I used it on two different models - but once the motion data has been loaded, both models get kind of stuck in the same place over each other, and I can't move them o.o
the motion data works fine! they both dance, but they are just stuck on the same spot if you know what I mean??

Since it sounds like your models don't have them, this is for adding a mother bone which makes it easier to place your models wherever. [link]

I just dont understand how to unzip,exctract and all that stuff
and they say that you gotta exctract so you can use the accesories/models/stages but i dont know how to do that .-. and when you finish exctracting,how do you use the things in the program?

Not knowing what system you use, what I do is right click on the zipped folder and look for "extract all" That will unzip the folder and make its contents usable.
I also use a nifty little program call Extract Now for rar files and other weird files and it extracts it for me. Its free and can be found on google, just type in Extract Now.
As far as then using said items, when in mmd, if it's a pmd file (models) look for the load model button left part of your screen in a the red ish model manipulation box. If it an x file (accessories, most stages) then at the bottom right hand side of your screen.
Loading a vmd file (motion or pose) when you have a model on the screen and you can manipulate it, go to file, load motion or pose. You can load a wav file (music) anytime or place on the screen. Just go to file, load wav.
There is also another way that I like to do it. The drag and drop method which you simply dra and drop everything in mmd XD
I hope this wasn't too much of an overload, and if anything needs explaining please let me know and I will try and do a better job of it n n
