Excuse me. If I may, your sister is NOT being bullied. She IS, in fact, actually PLAGARIZING other works from other people. Her account is FULL of theft and eventually she will be caught. And you don't have to worry, we're doing all we can to make sure the DA administrators see her plagarism. If you really were her sister, wouldn't you be worried about her obsession and clearly immature response to those of us who tell her the truth?

"Oh, boo hoo! They're so mean to me! I'm going to make this look like I'm being bullied by spamming and flagging these true comments but I won't do so to comments that support me like 'OMG those trolls! Don't listen to them!!11 one one'."
How is it "trolling" when all we are doing is telling her the truth?

Okay so maybe there was a bit of "plagiarism" in her gallery, but there's a lot of plagiarism in everyone's gallery. It's called FAN ART. Fan art ranges from the stuff that you have in your OWN featured folder, to the stuff that over half the dA population submits. By law, Fan Art is plagiarizing. But you see, there have been other laws around fan art, so that one may draw, design, digital paint, re-edit, or rewrite certain stories as they see fit, as long as they don't claim the full rights to whatever it is they posted.

All of the lion king stuff that you have faved. That's fan art. That's all stuff from a copyrighted movie. But everyone knows that the lion king, is the lion king and people are going to make fan art out of it. They can write, recreate, draw, paint and yes, it's their painting or their edit it's not their picture. Shockingly there's a big difference.

So what if the girl was posting pictures of the Harry Potter cast? They had been slightly re-edited and she wasn't claiming that she had taken them. Next time, before you open your mouth, do a little bit of background research...before you make yourself look like a hypocrite. After all, you are the one with a fave gallery full of the Lion King, Lilo & Stitch, and various movie fan art. Just sayin'.

Plus- why is it, exactly, that she was allowed to steal those works but put up a badge that says, "Stop! You are not authorized to use this work." when she herself didn't have the permission to use it? How is that fair, that she's allowed to use someone else's hard work, oh but no one else is allowed to. And even when is said on her gallery "My prose, lyrics, stories, etc"? Emphasize the word "my" When nearly the whole gallery did not belong to her at all.

And YOU had better watch your own mouth. I am going to be polite and let you slide, however heed this saying: Taking photos that someone else took and got paid to take and re editing them so that you can have your obsession on an art site is illegal. Fan art and stolen, copyrighted work are two different things. Fan art is art drawn by fans who actually take the time to plan out what exactly it is they want to draw. Fan art is, in fact, something someone drew. Something someone put time and effort into. Many people draw other characters to get a better feel of drawing in general, to try out different styles. Just because someone drew somebody else's character, doesn't mean they don't put a lot of time and effort into the piece. Now, for , she stole a LOT of work. Photoshopped a lot, left a few as they were and hardly ever put up an "I don't own this here's the linkage" warning. No. It was stuff like "Spider Dan LOL I <3 my husband!" Also, exactly as has stated, when she was confronted Poetic-Essence112 decided to block all incoming comments and advice. She did that with ANY and ALL users who did the same thing.
"You will be caught for theft, dude."
BLOCKED!
"Where's the link to the original image?"
BLOCKED!
"This is not your art work- it's a Transformers movie poster..."
And BLOCK'D.
And thus she called it "cyber-bullying". Advice is not to be confused with such and it is a lesson you would very well learn.
Watch what you type, it could lead to problems in your future one day. Also, by "a bit of plagarism" you mean over a hundred pictires that were being plagarised. Notice how that is not a question.

Fan Art is not a form of plagiarism unless the creating artist is using it as a form of mass profit or claims it to be their own characters, ideas or series.

Secondly- what was mainly in that young lady's gallery was NOT Fan Art. It was uncredited(or poorly credited at the last minute)photo-manipulation of images that are copyrighted to photographers and or companies such as Warner Bros. Not to mention that she posted un-altered posters from the Harry Potter and Transformer films.

As for background research- I as well as several others have been watching her account and documenting the forms of copyright infringement she submitted to this creation based website. Do not assume that the user you are attempting to back lash at ill informed. The accused user did NOT disclaim any images were not her own until the account retaliated to her inappropriately labled or used deviations; she then banned the account from being able to further give her advice about how to properly disclaim that the work she "created" was actually only photo-manipulations that are a form of copyright infringement when the original source and photographers are not credited properly.

Now- before YOU "open your mouth" which by the way is an invalid expression for the words you type are not coming out of a mouth- think about the possibility that this entire situation was being monitored and handled by multiple people of the proper qualifications.

Bullying is unnecessary. You can do things rather subtly, if you feel the need to do them at all. You don't have to be a self-centered jerk. Hurting peoples feelings isn't a form of entertainment. Get yourself some help.
