I believe you buy a full table. But you have the option of sharing it with someone, which cuts it down to half for each of you. ^^

I think it's a very high possibility 8 D My mom suggested it a little earlier today. She said it would be a good chance to maybe get some commissions and meet new people ^^ Plus, it'd be a way to pay off some of the convention fees ( Registration, hotel room, even a little money for the dealer's room, maybe ) : D
And since I'm still new to the whole con scene in general... I thought maybe... would you wanna look at sharing? ^^ I'd have absolutely no problem if you didn't, though. In fact, I think it'd be pretty good for you if you had your own table-- you have so many cute charms you wanted to sell, you'd want a big wide space to show them off to everybody <333

This is actually the first convention that I'm looking at getting a booth in. XD So there really is no "usually" for me as of yet, but this time around I was thinking of splitting a booth with my boyfriend (he has chainmail jewelry). :3
I think joining up with you would be fun! 8D I doubt that the jewelry and charms that my boyfriend and I have will take up a whole lot of the table (I think the tables there are 6 ft), so there should be plenty of room for us if you're not opposed to a 3-way split. :3

Yup, I'm going to go through and sell prints by shows ( In folders, shows like Naruto, Soul Eater, Fruits Basket, ect ) I think I might have some New Wish. I've started with it, but still trying to get the story to work just right...

I'm not sure if Anime Iowa will be allowing fan art (or anything copyrighted) to be sold this year. I know there was information for last year's convention that said it wasn't allowed, but I haven't heard anything since then: [link] <- That link says a little bit about it. But you might want to check with someone in charge beforehand, just in case. :3

Hmmm, that would be a little inconveinient, since I draw mostly fanart, but I think I'd manage with just original work ^^ It's just, you know... people may not be as attracted if there's not anything they're very familiar with -3-

Yeah, I know what you mean. D8 People are automatically drawn to what they're already a fan of. But I do think that artists are allowed to use fanart for display purposes. So you can lure 'em in with their favorite series and then get hit them with the awesome originals. :3

I don't really know any "better" or "worse"-- everybody has just as much potential as they truly believe, and everybody is better than everyone else at something in some respect~
If you really want to, we can come to an agreement, for now, I DRAW better ( Or the human anatomy, at least-- I screw up so bad with animals and creatures ), but YOU'RE the better colourer : ) Your mediums are always solid and absolute, and your shading is great. I need some definite work on all of that X P

I don't really use many "materials", just regular old pen/paper/pencil, but if you're having trouble with anatomy I was taught some pretty good techniques. They really helped me out a lot : )
