i think that your work has potential. just remember to keep it original.
i try never to use other peoples photos or sorces that are not my own.
this is why i invested in new digital camera this christmas with portrait lense.
i know that what i see and pick to capture as image, then draw it...it becomes 100% original. the better i am at all fields, the better my pictures get.

photography is something i would love to take a class or two in, actually. :) (Smile) many of the kids' portraits/sketches and some of the young ladies (notably 'Nicole' ;) (Wink) are from my own photos, though.

i have taken pictures my self with new camera...i'm still a novice my self.
all i have is the eye to see what i want and how to move a light in the place needed to create the image.
all it is experimenting with something. just like getting new toy...just keep playing with it untill you get good.
all i can say is that the time you spend is what you get in return.
that goes for your art, and photography.

I have never recieved a "print request" before - in fact, I did not know they existed! But thank you! I half believe you requested it on accident, haha.

I will be photographing a bunch of my work in the coming weeks because I'm putting together a portfolio to submit for admission to a program, so when I have better reproductions there is a pretty good chance I'll make things available as prints.
