Prizes will be given soon. Still figuring that out.
Thank you so much for introducing me to the symbolism of the camellia. Your thoughts and insights into Japan have proved valuable.

Could you elaborate, I don't think I understand.
Are you offering or asking?
And help with what?

You said you would help me write haiku. Well the theme is nature of course, so I decided about forestry, woods, streams, any of these would be good.

200 points is really small cash, for me at least.
So, you can be sure that I'll donate sums like that in order to promote your competitions, which I think are truly spectacular, especially given the fact that you judge them by yourself.

I do give every poem its due - you can see that I'm giving feedback to some of the entries already.
But last time I did get overwhelmed. I still read every poem, had notes on all of them and a list of "yeah, this poem should probably get more recognition," but I did ask CJ Wilde for her opinion to make sure I wasn't totally off-base with what I was thinking.
This time I'm going to get crushed. I'll still read every poem, but with a month, I'm probably going to have to get another judge to help me out. I have 13 or 14 submissions now. I imagine I could be looking at 70 by the end.

It's a good idea to consult someone, even more so in the final stages.
I think that perhaps, with the rate you're starting contests, perhaps you should make them weekly or bi-weekly in terms of submission deadline.
