I've seen you in the job forums, and I know often times you're less than happy with the unprofessional compensation and business practices on the there.
I've been on the job forums for awhile now, and I see what you see. I will admit that I've broke down and done it too, but I'm looking to get a change, and thought you might be interested.
My plan is to start a group where we designers (and other artists) can rally together for fair compensation and work ethics. Hopefully it would grow to be a source of material and inspiration for designers and artists as well, but initially it would act as a sort of 'union' trying to instill unified standards.
I'm testing the waters to see if I can get some people on board with it, and you struck me as the type of person who'd be interested.
Let me know what your thoughts are!
