for about 7 years. I started drawing anime in primery school

Anime is difficult to improve on and learn out of.

i use a tablet and paint tool sai x3 i sometimes do but normaliy only when im drawing relisticly or at school

Even if you're not drawing realistically references can help you handle poses and proportions better.
There's also this really handy tool on the net, I can't remember the name of it it was on a Japanese site, basicly it shows 3d models of people from different angles and stuff, and you have a set amount of time to draw them, it really helps get a feel for proportions that.
Also if you ever want any help with redlining a pic of yours or something, don't hesitate
