Oh and I've never read a photography book in my life, or had a lesson In fact, my camera was bought off an accumulation of airmiles (hence, it isn't the hightest quality) lol! The cheapest way to learn about photography is to observe popular photographs and ask yourself what makes them so interesting to the public. Is it the angle? The lighting? The shadows? Is it blurry? Clear? and if so, to what extent? By the looks of you camera, you can do alot more than I can, so start playing around. What colours does your camera take the best, for instance, I can't take pictures of red flowers as well as yellow. Ever tried out manual zoom? Does your camera have vibrantion reduction? I see you have some really neat flower photographs, so here is one more question to ask yourself. What petal formations can your camera take the best? By just looking at a flower I can tell you how clearly my camera will take a picture of it. Know you camera, and anything is possible! =) (Smile) I hope that helps!
