I never leave comments on profiles, but I felt compelled to tell you just how much I love your art! It's gorgeous! I'm sure you've heard this before but it's soooo vivid and just dripping with personality. I love the texture they have and all the layers of colors (reminds me a little of my own style of layering)... I'm curious what media you use to make this effect?

transparent gesso!! transparent gesso is the best thing~ you can use it to make a fresh surface between layers. it just makes it easier/possible to put things on top of each other, really. it's magic~
