As for music, what do you have in mind for when the ao oni is chasing you? i personally think the music should be different for every oni, like if regular oni is after you, the original chase music would be used as a cameo from the original, and when blueberry poptart chases you the music should be something that tells you that your pretty much fucked. And background music is another important subject in mind, like say if you made a attic for the mansion, i think the Threed theme from earthbound would make a excellent theme for that occasion, and the menu theme from Amnesia - The Dark Descent would be a interesting song for any occasion that involves a puzzle.
