Anyway.. i came all the way here to China cause i got some paperwork for you. If your back can handle it that is." He still made a few dry jokes about China's back and the fact that he was old. "And you're like totally out of it. Didn't teach say anything about me coming over? Oh well..he probably forgot too." He held out the paperwork for him. "......." He stared at China not really expecting anything in return but he second doubted it.

Yao had to take a minuet to process this oh wow, first up his younger brother shows up and without even a proper hello he was talking. He shouldn't have expected anything more, though with a smile, the older one nodded. "I have known him for many years Wang. We have not had much of interaction, but recently I have talked to him and that was nice. He is a good young man." He didn't pay any mind to the 'just like me' part, that was interrupted by the sudden paperwork that was sprung on him and the joke of poor taste. "That is no way to get others to do things for you, you be wise to show more manners or I will have you take a lesson." He honestly didn't mind so much people mentioning his scars or his age, it was just when they so rudely joked. "He said nothing to me about it, though, the surprise of your visit is refreshing." He took the paperwork and quickly looked at the first page of it, just simple things that needed signing. He didn't mind taking up the sudden work, the other though would no be let go of just yet. "This is simple, I can get it finished for you. Though, you come in side for a cup of tea. I have some new mixes and it is very rare to have visits from any of you these days." He showed his big brotherly smile, he very much still felt happy when any of them dropped by. Turning to walk inside, he would be sure to start tea right away, maybe even put out a few sweets too.

He gave the blank face when he was being rude. It was the dry truth after all but since England's influence had grown quite a bit on him he gave a small shrug. "That is so like you, aniki." Following along he didn't really mind besides he could use time to relax after working so hard every day. Working to become independent was more difficult than it proved to be. "Xie..i guess?" He sat down recognizing pretty much everything since he was given back from England. Not much had changed. "Are you going to redecorate this place soon. It's been like this since we were kids? Isn't that kind of weird?" He had to think it over for a bit since China was a really old nation with 4000 years of knowledge. If there was someone he could ask it was definitely him. "I kinda wanted to ask you something if it doesn't freak you out too much."

The following comment that he shot towards China about his predictable he behavior he ignored. He was happy family came to visit, and he knew England's poor influence and child raising still clung to Hong Kong's behavior to this day, he had never forgiven the Brit for that. It wasn't his brothers fault though. As he had brought the other inside and out of the small winds that were picking up, he headed to the kitchen. It was traditionally designed so the rooms were joined in a way that you could still have conversation. Hearing his brother talk, China smiled as he got the tea ready. "It is fine the way it is, I like keeping the memories. It is what keeps me grounded and balanced these days. I don't think it be weird at all to want to have reminder of days that were simple." He brought in the pot of tea along with cups and a plate of small sweet cakes that he had brought a few days ago. Placing the tray on the table, he sat down before looking up at Hong. "Of course, ask away. Must be important." He wondered as he poured the tea and placed the cup before his sibling, in what the question was to be. Something that would freak him out? He was sure not to be, he had heard everything by now, or at least he thought. There was always a way to still surprise this old man.

"First let me ask you..have you ever been in love with any nation before? Anyone?" He asked adoring the sweet cakes. If there was something he loved it was definitely the chinese food. He was happy he never abandoned that. British food stuck on his tongue so long he pretty much avoided when England offered him some. Taking the cake was just a dream to him when he ate it since it was always delicious. "I don't know...it's definitely something new to me." He admitted drinking some of the tea. Of course he had to drink that as well. It was just as good as the sweet cakes. "Also i am like..going around with a cold since i travelled nations which was hot and then cold so fast so i..guess i gained some kind of cold. My throat hurts and what else..? I decided to go here when Teach became too demanding." He replied rather plainly. 

(Wait..lemme think. You have other accounts that i should know. Hmm..is it South Korea? Or Vietnam? Those are the only ones i've met but i think they are not active. Not sure if i did meet you and forget but i apologize for that anyway.)

Listening to the other, China sipped his tea. There was many questions and he would have to come up with answers for all. He hummed a little at the first, love. That was something even they found themselves falling into. "I have, more than once and a few over my years." He had also fallen in love with his fair share of humans too and that was always painful to think about though also a nice memory.  He wanted to ask what made Hong ask such a question, was he experiencing love for another nation? "Well, if you are finding yourself in the situation, best thing is to say. We live for a very long time, but, those feelings you have to act on fast before the chance slips away." If he wanted to tell him he would, but until then that was all he had for that first question. 
The second part made him feel a little concern, he was sick? By the sound of all the traveling he wasn't surprised, Hong was always  easily succumbed to illness from young years. "Does it now, well, you are home now. Please take it easy here and you are allowed to stay for as long as you like." He said, leaning over to place his hand over the others forehead to check for fever. He wouldn't stop Hong if he wanted to not stay so long, but, he did want him well soon.

"I see..the feeling of love is rather complicated." He mumbled it over resting his head against his hands some figuring it would be too difficult to explain exactly who since it would get in the way of work but what was he supposed to do with it? Leave it be for now. His mind was going in two directions of what he wanted to do. "Well..first it was the unusual heat from when i left England and as soon as i returned to China it started to rain and it wasn't really that warm outside when i exited the plane." He wouldn't mind resting up until he was healthy again. Since after all, he did miss the chinese food and other things that he was more used to. "I still got plenty more work to do and that boss of yours gave me plenty. Perhaps even more than my own." He gave a small smirk but then suddenly paused. "I haven't had a fever since i was six. It's impossible.." He tried shrugging it off but it was evident that a fever had just settled down within him. 

(Oh it's Prussia so sorry. I have seen alot of Prussias though. I believe about 5 so far. Including yours i think. There was also one 2p Prussia. I guess people really love Prussia. xD I mean who doesn't? He is awesome!)

Emil sighed softly relaxing in his seat. The world meeting this time was being held in Berlin, Germany which meant comfortable chairs. For some reason, the chairs during meetings in Berlin were always the most comfortable ones and the Icelander couldn't really explain why...

The young man arrived at the meeting building quite early, at least half an hour before everything was due to start so now he could allow himself to enjoy the little bit of time he had left. With a cup of coffee on the table, he was flipping through his papers, reading over the most important information that needed discussing and from time to time adding small notes on the side. It seemed that he was sitting on the right from America's seat and on the left of China's seat. Interesting decision. He started wondering what Germany could have in mind when arranging the chairs. Emil felt a bit disappointed though that he was sitting so far away from his family. Norway was on the other end of the room, Sweden was at least ten seats away from the Norwegian, Denmark was just out of Iceland's reach on the other side of the table and Finland was placed right next to Germany for some reason, who was sitting at the head of the table.

How sad. Even Hong Kong was assigned a ridiculous place away from the Icelander.

Had it really come around to having the world meeting in Berlin again? It only seemed like a short while ago that he was entering this building. Yao didn't mind so much though, the weather outside was nice and the people even more polite to him as he headed to the meeting room. 
He knew he was a bit early, he never liked making people wait for him no matter the situation. Was he going to be the first one there? He couldn't have expected the others of his family to be on time as much as he was, they never really followed in toe to his punctuality. He knew one thing for sure though if anything, that would be that Germany had organised the seats un-according to suit the normal meeting set up. Last time he remembered sitting next to Spain, no complaints there but it was rather odd to the older nation. 
Coming up to the door, he opened it to be met with someone he wasn't even thinking of seeing. Emil. He was no stranger to the other, the Icelandic had good relationships with Hong Kong and the two were rather close. He closed the door gently behind himself before walking past him, noticing his name of his seating to be right next to the paler-haired man. How interesting he thought to himself as he smiled at Emil.

"Good morning, Emil." He spoke before sitting down as hopes to not startle him if he hadn't noticed him walking into the room before hand. "Wasn't expecting to see you here so early, and to be taking advantage of this quiet room." It was quite nice to see the room still, it wasn't going to remain that way once the meeting started.

The silence was very pleasing, allowing the Icelandic nation to get lost in thought. He started doodling at some point on a clean sheet of paper wondering about different topics that came to his mind. How is Dane doing? Does Nore have some problems? Will Sví have something to say? Mr Puffin should be fine beck home, right? He needs to help the babysitter watch over the kids.
When the older nation walked inside, Emil barely noticed him only catching a glimpse in the corner of his eye. Slightly surprised violets moved to Yao and then he nodded softly. "Good morning," he said in his typical quiet voice. "I usually don't come to the meeting room until it's time for everything to start. Discovering new nooks and crannies of the building is a quite nice thing to do to pass the time.

Emil took a sip of his coffee before shifting in his seat. His features were calm and quite emotionless, similar to Norway's. He wasn't the one to smile often.

Yao expected nothing more in the way of reaction from the younger nation, he seemed to always be a little bit in his own world at times. It was nice though to share this moment with him and not one of the louder nations like Alfred or even some of those other Scandinavian countries. Yao at first didn't disturb the others quietness too much, he got himself ready before leaning back in his chair a bit. Today he could have just stayed in bed, even though looking young, his body was not as spry. His joints ached a little, normally not something that would bother him but these chairs were not the best for poster support. 

He let a smile fall upon his lips, looking at Emil and resting his cheek in the palm of his hand. "Seating is strange this meeting, I can't think of the last time I got a chance to sit next to you, but it is a nice change from the norm." He kept his voice at a respectable room volume, if not a little softer for the others ears; it was just them after all and they were right next to each other.
"How have things been? I don't normally get updates of you if Li Xiao isn't talking about you."

Yao looked at Kiku after his greeting to him, not getting much time to return it as he stated his reason for being here, sighing at the rush he was in. "You are very rushed, why have somewhere else to stay when you know you can just stay here?" He mumbled, taking the papers to look them over, not worried to take his time in doing so even though he knew the other was in a rush.

Chun was really bored. All the asians nations that make her company had left for a meeting. She didnt need to go this time, like some other countries, what was a relief at least. She decided to go up her bedroom and sketch one lazy doodle, Chun really wanted to try some techniques that Kiku taught. She grabbed one pencil and started drawing. But after some minutes she got bored again. "Maybe teacher didnt go.." she said to herself while placing the pencil on her mouth. The asian stood up from her seat and peeked outside from her Window, frowning while looking for Yao. Finally Chun spotted him "teacher !" she yelled while waving, trying to catch his attention. Now she looked really excited, placing the pencil that she had on her Mouth down, showing at the chinese man a bright smile.

Today had been rather boring, the meeting was boring, and the Russian, was, well, more then bored. She tapped her finger on the paper infront of her staring off into the distance before realizing she had been looking at the other, woops! Well maybe it wasn't a bad thing. Perhaps she could catch his attention... Taking a small note paper she drew a cat face, with a little talking bubble saying hello, and slid it across the table to the other, completely looking away as it reached him, pretending to pay attention once again to what ever it was that was going on.

Oh how time seemed to slow down so much when it was a slow meeting day, not many important subjects were being covered. Now it was just one about how cool it would be if countries could teleport to one en-others home land without tedious travel. The Chinese man was fading in and out of attention to the silly topic, so no, he had not noticed the eyes that had been on him. His eyes were looking down at his notes, his pen tapping against the paper. Though, now his attention  was on the note that had just been passed to him. He looked up, the others were still arguing but the Russian woman was looking off in a rather obvious way. A small hum left his lips as he looked at the note again, smiling lightly at the kitty face and little 'hello'. He took his pen and turned the little piece of paper over, drawing a panda face and then a small speech bubble that read 'Nǐ hǎo'. He then pushed it back to her, going back to over looking his notes, the small smile still there.

Anya glanced down to see the paper had returned. She grinned into her scarf as she saw the little panda, and quite pleased she had caught a little of his attention. Well, that , and unfortunately her neighbor who seemed to be rather concentrated on the subject matter at hand, shot her a look as she passed the paper to the Chinese man again, this time, a little scribble of the cat snoozing while a poorly drawn America and England cat had boring written across their foreheads and 'blah blah blah' written around them. As enthusiastic as she wanted to appear to be with quicker transportation, she wasn't, this was much more fun.

Yao found enjoyment in this simple way of quietly communicating as well, he was happy that this meeting was so busy, if not, the others would have noticed this note passing already. Looking at who he was sitting next to (which was France) he noticed the way he was trying to make what ever the topic was now to take a more elegant turn. Then to the German who was shooting everything down and taking control. He looked down at the note again with a small chuckle at the simple drawings, taking his pen to the paper. He drew not much better little drawings of Germany, an arrow to him and then the words 'control freak' vs 'perfectionist' and an little drawing of France. He passed the note back to Anya before looking at the others again, he found himself not so suffocated and bored now, this was rather fun.

Receiving the note, she let out a small giggle, which just happened to be as the stickler Germany had mad an end of speaking, drawing the attention to the advocates in the conversation. Granted, the Frenchman and the German were making it a little less ridiculous then the American, but she hadnt even really added to the meeting, and Germany was less then pleased with her laugh, promptly asked her to share her thoughts since she found it oh so humorous.
"Oh.. Hmmm.." she started, innocently smiling in annoyance, " you know I think that our friend China here has a really nice idea~" Anya hummed turning the attention to him.

Hearing Anya giggle made him smile a bit, though when noticing that it caught more than just his attention, he watched quietly to see how it was going to unfold. Germany looked mad, and France not all the better. He felt a little sorry for his Russian friend, well, that was until she shoved attention over to him. Giving her a flat look of annoyance he sighed and looked up at the others with a smile. "It was very small idea, if we want travel to be more comfortable and desirable, we make the service better. Food on planes suck, we can change that as a first thing... But yeah! Just very small idea not worth noting." He laughed lightly, looking back down at his notes. He would get Anya back later, he hated being put on the spot like that.

The meeting continued moving on to another subject of whether or not bandaids could be potentially hazardous on planes. By now Anya and Yao had quite the storyboard of notes being passed. Anya had just finished a silly doodle of a panda and a cat. She had just slid it to Yao when it caught the eye of Francis, who gave them both a suspicious look as he snatched the note before China could reach it.

He looked at Francis, a small frown on his face. "Hey, that is not for you give it back." He said quietly as to not get any of the others into this as he reached for the note.
