Hey there Just thought I would pop by and say that business is starting to pick up a little. The first two weeks were quite scary, but now missions have started to pop in more often and we're starting to have some days in the "green"
It's all going to be fine, I think! The most important thing is to have a household and home that works well and then everything seems to come of its own.
We're happy and doing well otherwise too, of course
Hope all is well there. How is the business and everything?

Hi!
Yay for days in the green! I'm pretty sure most new businesses spend years in the red before they even start to do well, so if you are already having profitable days that is -awesome-. I had a look at your site and it looks really nice - I can navigate it without even speaking Norwegian, so it's well designed.
Business here is good; although I'm already dreading the holiday season (last year it went all right, but I'm so used to it being a slow down from previous experiences in business), not to mention tax season. I'm looking into some new possibilities too, which probably have only a narrow chance of working out, but who knows.

Heyo!
As long as I have missions I should be able to turn a light profit, and keep customers satisfied and happy. I think the best part so far is that all my customers have been smiling when they got their stuff back.
I just need to reach some more customers and I think I'll be set. Trying to do so with facebook and phone-registrys (linked to google).
The netstore is very intuitive because we settled for buying a template and using OpenCart for powering the solution. Easier for us, easier for all our customers. If you notice there is also the possibility of changing language between english and norwegian (and currencies)
I'm glad your business is going well. I hope you have more in return from it than just a tidy profit (and more than just being happy with what you do). Which holiday season are you thinking about? Here we don't have any holidays until x-mas strikes (at which point we will go visit my brother for some days, yahoo!).
Taxes, meh. Oh well, it's all that extra work in addition to what we're already doing. But at least it keeps some share of community services coming our way. If we didn't have a tax-system I guess we would have to build our own roads and schools...
I'm curious as to the other possibilities you mention. What's on your mind?
I'd best bugger off to the workshop now. It's time I started doing the month's accounting (taking care of all that myself).
Read/write you later Have a nice one!

Reaching customers has never been my strong suite I feel very grateful I found a business where I was told where and how to market by someone who was already in the trade, and that I could then afford the advertising. Honestly I'm actually just fine with a tidy profit and being happy with what I do when it comes to work ... although it'd be nice if the profit were larger and could then help me to do other things I want to do which would give me something more, and give others something more as well.
Yep, the Christmas holiday season. Good for retail but not so great for other businesses! Community services are rather lacking in the US, though hopefully that'll change soon and I'll feel better about the taxes heheh.
Anyway, the other thing I was thinking of getting into is making ebook covers. I think there is some demand for it, and it'd be nice to do something which doesn't involve typing for some more cash.

My pleasure in helping You can't be worried about the ads and stuff on dA when you have more important things to look out for.
How is your craft and art treating you? For some time there were a lot of updates to see, of wonderful things made by you. I hope the only thing getting in your way of making/posting more is a wee bit of holiday stress
My holidays will be good, for sure. Too bad my Lady is leaving for her homeland for the holidays, but I will manage (and probably work myself to an early grave without her around to distract me). I do hope yours will serve you well in spirit and mind too, remember to give a chance for complete rest!
My business is going fair. Better than I expected so far, and I'm learning lots about all the administrative tasks of running a business (I gots books, yes?). Have been taking a look at accounting and such, and on a more practical level I've gained my first professional customer and thus have a small income from that every month. Otherwise I just handle the missions I can that are coming my way. All I earn are going to new investments, so I don't have a salary yet It's more important to get to a level where I can offer a good and varied selection of services than having an addition to my paycheck, yet.
On a personal level I'm doing very fine. Nothing great new, still having my regular troubles with the body. But, you know, I'm managing that fine. One gets used to pain - grows dull after a while. But you can be sure I'm feeling sharp when my body is working at it's best! Me and my Lady are doing very fine and have busy days doing everything that needs doing. We're healthy and have giving lives, what more could we ask?
Best wishes to you. Hope you're doing well!

*pester pester* Have your coins arrived yet? I'm not sure how long it takes things to get from here to there, but I do hope they get there quickly if they haven't already!

Why the coins arrived quite some time back (I can't recall the count of days exact, but maybe a week and a half?). I've just been terribly busy lately.
I'm moving to a new apartment and there have been much activity on all sides of my life - luckily only good or neutral events! I guess I'll write a journal on it come new year, because that's about when I can imagine I'll find a little extra time.
Suffering a little from lack of sleep and not finding time to sit down much, my replies and activity here on dA is severely limited.
The coins are truly awesome! They really fulfilled all my expectations and leaves naught to be desired ('cept the time to finish the belt they're going to be a part of). Really well done, nice work all the way. If anyone ever wonder where I got them I'll proudly send them your way.
Hope you're well! Take care eh?

I might not post as often, but just stick around and you can see whatever I finish next. Could be one of many projects!

Thank you so much Kyla. One of these days I need to find a calm moment and peer through all the fine art everyone has come with lately. I feel deprived! Gazing at all the nifty projects is such grand inspiration.
Plus I think I owe you quite some comments.
Hope you're good and inspiration serves you in ways most would describe as divine. Take great care and good luck with your arts and crafts.

You are one of the few people I can actually say I "miss" on a regular basis around here; but also I feel like whatever vague sort of bond I have with you is more of a spiritual sense? and thus doesn't require communication to know you are at hand. I think of you sometimes with your garden and your archery and fencing and cobbling and it makes me happy.

No problem there, my pleasure!
I have always had a passion for the Final Fantasy games (at least VII-X - the one's I played personally) so seeing your artwork really made me smile and have a field day looking through the different characters
Thanks for the compliment on my work
