HOLD IT RIGHT THERE!!
Once you start reading this, you cannot turn back.
I’M NOT JOKING ABOUT THIS!! KEEP ON READING!!
One day, Laura was surfing the internet. She was just looking at her favorite pages when all of a sudden a new tab opened up. She was confused, since she didn’t click on any link whatsoever. The tab didn’t show anything, just a white screen. When she tried to close the tab, nothing happened. She kept pressing the X to close it, but instead the tab turned to full size. Suddenly, the white screen of the tab turned completely black. It wasn’t only the tab screen that turned black, all the button and everything else on her screen did the same. Even her mouse disappeared off the screen. After a little while, she decided to turn her computer off because she simply thought it was broken. She made a big mistake. Out of nowhere, a full screen picture of her mother appeared on the black screen. As she looked at it, she could see that the pictures eyes slowly started bleeding. The longer she stared at it, the more frightening the picture became, until the picture resembled death itself. The speakers of her computer suddenly let out an extremely loud screaming noise. Laura covered her ears, but it didn’t help a single thing. She tried to leave her room, but the door didn’t budge when she tried to open it. The screaming noise just kept getting louder until it was too much for her…
Laura’s dead body was found later in her room when her dad returned home from his work…
Copy and paste this message 15 other plz accounts in less than 2 hours or you shall have the same fate as Laura did…

Sorry for the delayed response dear Bexter.
To answer your questions. As for your first question: No, I fear I've never finished a game, or modification; not any of my own at least. Due to studies and other activities I had to put several projects on ‘hold,’ plus people were leaving already before (as well as during and after having been put on ‘hold’. From then on the projects died off.
Another reason is that Half-Life phased out, then Half-Life 2 came along, and I didn't like it much (or never really got the opportunity to try it out). I didn't like Steam (still don't), all the development ‘tools’ (or rather the restrictions) and so on. Since then I've only been involved with “replacement models” (at DeadLok and some other ‘communities’.
I wouldn't mind working on a new project though. Maybe I'll just create an engine myself (of some kind, or modify something open source or whatever), at least like that I have better control and don't have to rely on Valve or whoever.
It's too bad Jacked never worked out. But you know what really did it for it? When I had originally thought it up, it was long before Grand Theft Auto 3 was announced! I basically wanted to create a ‘3D Grand Theft Auto.’ But they beat me to it! I saw little point in further working on Jacked after GTA3 was announced and eventually released.
You said you ended up in film production, nice! Am I the only one not having ended up anywhere?! Flewda wanted to quit on 3D, and he is working with major game developers. My choice was to study on, to ‘diversify’ my résumé. It's kind of depressing to see others are doing so well, while I'm stuck in school, but I'm very glad at the same time too! I'm using Flame & Smoke, also Quantel, for some projects at the moment. I've also used it to finish some videos of which I have screenshots up here at DeviantArt. (See my gallery, there are links to YouTube).
Oh and, it was similarly good to hear from you. Say, do you have Skype or so?

Alot of indy game designers are moving into smart phone apps like for the iphone. I guess there's limitations on what you can do for there, though.
I don't have skype, just aim.
