Your most welcome, after visiting your page and reading what you write about (the apocalypse, space travel and military fiction), my face was the equivalent to 8D! So, I decided to watch. I don't know exactly how I ended up here, but I did. So, I made a reminder to read it when I get more time on my hands...

First of all, your icon. *_*
Second of all, it's a nice song but it's a shame everything overrides the vocals (which is traditional in the darker metals, which this bad seems to cater to in a degree). It's difficult to understand the lyrics, so I'm not certain what they are saying-- it is English, yes? Looking them up on Encyclopedia Metallum I can't tell if they sing in praise or are embellished in sacrilege, which is important for me to know. Aside from that reaaaaaaaallly big bloop, the progression and instrumentals are rather nice. C: Thank you from sharing.

So far... I only know about the band as much as you do, because I just found them. I was looking for others similar to Symphony X, that aren't too soft sounding, like Dream Theatre. I'd say Adagio is somewhere in the middle of these two bands' styles, but closer to Symphony X, which I freakin love. The lyrics are in English, yes. Even some clean vocals are hard to interpret though, without a lyrics sheet. My icon is subject to change, depending on what I find funny and all that good stuff. :3 I usually pay no attention to lyrics (but I do pay attention to vocal style), mainly just the way everything sounds. That's probably why I listen to SO many bands... and you're welcome, once again.

Ah, I see. (Lyrics are important to me, I dun want anything encouraging hatred or violence on my players.)
I recently decided to look up Christian Metal and listen into the different genres. I do not like most of them but I have found an interest in Sacrecy-- a relatively new Finnish band. Have you heard of them?

Lyrics is the last priority for me. I've never really taken the time to sort them out, but off the top of my head, my priorities on music are:
1 - genre style
2 - overall simpleness or complexity
3 - vocal style (usually what makes or breaks it)
4 - if I can hear bass and drums
5 - originality or groove of guitar riffs
6 - lyrical themes
This list might change, now that I've thought about it...
I'm now looking up that band, I'll see how I like it.

Well... I've never actually heard this band before, and I like the way it sounds. You may have found me a new band to listen to. ^_^
Now.. You try this one out: [link]
It's a playlist, so it'll play the whole album. 2, 5, 8, 11, and 12 are my favorite tracks. I still haven't even listened to the entire album, yet. :/ But I love what they did, here. I'm abut 10 minutes into The Keeper's Trilogy, now. :3

This is a comment I used for someone else, I'm just copying it here, so if you need further explanation, just let me know.
I use several steps.
1. Get MP3 to SWF Converter [link]
and Audacity [link]
2. Open your song in Audacity and see how many seconds long the audio is. [You'll see why you need this, later]
3. Use the bottom of this calculator [link] to calculate what the length of the song (in seconds) is 60% of. [If a song is 3:42 long, it is 222 seconds long, 222 is 60% of 370]
4. In Audacity, go to Generate> Silence and type in how many seconds you came up with [370 in the example], make sure you don't add it to the track, the silence should be a new track (it will look like a straight blue line going across the screen at the bottom of the audio file). Then, highlight both tracks and go to Tracks> Mix and Render to mix them, having the needed silenced audio at the end of the track. Export the track as an .mp3 file, in its own folder (my folder is called "Flash" for all of these).
5. Open MP3 to SWF Converter, and add the file to convert. [You can make the player look differently for when it's uploaded, in the Options, mine is green with volume, play, progress bar, etc. Also, go to the sound options tab and see that it's set to 44100Hz (close to CD quality) at 128 kbps (or higher, your choice), and in stereo.] This program only lets you convert 60% of the audio if you don't purchase and register, so I came up with that method to beat the system, and it works! Convert the audio file into .swf and save it into the same folder.
6. When uploading into dA, put it in the Flash> Movies category, select ONLY the .swf file to upload, along with a preview image of your choice.
7. Make a description, tags, all the regular stuff...
