I love your art style.
I noticed in your 'Support District 8' that you said that you can do OC requests in Capital costumes. Are you still doing that? And if so, what are your rules on that? I have an OC, a Victor from District 5, and I would love it if you could draw three outfits (chariot costume, interview dress, and closing ceremonies/Victor crowning gown) that she wears. I can provide descriptions and excerpts on them if you need them. It's just that I love the decadence of your Capital designs (especially your District 8 pieces).
But if that's something you are unable to do, I fully understand. I'll just leave it at that and won't bother you again. Thank you.
