Just .... everything, I suppose.
My parents won't stop fighting, my little sister is being as spoiled as she can be, yada.
The economy isn't helping the whole family's stress level, either.
My best friend, as I guess I told you, ditched me for whatever reasons she can imagine. And that stings, a lot. Still. And it's frustrating me because all I try to do is be nice to her, and let her have some space while letting her know while I'm there. But its not working, she doesn't even talk to me anymore. The only time we do talk isin front of her parents when they take us to school - just to be polite and fake.
Then theres Adam. I still have feelings for him, sure, and he's been so ... ugh, down lately that its taking a tole on me. I just want him to be happy for once, you know? And were drifting. I can feel it. We don't talk that much anymore - and I really think hes avoiding me. I've asked him, for about a month, when does he want to hang out, if he wants to hang out. And he always says hes busy or he has work. Then he'll complain that work's cutting his hours and that he's bored all the time. And I just feel ... so abandoned. I just lost my best friend, how can I loose him too?
And me ... I just. I don't do things anymore. I get on here, but its just to talk to you. I just sit at home, blankly staring at the wall half the time.
I don't know. I really don't know. I don't want to talk to anyone because well, frankly, I don't have anyone to talk to except for you. My mom wouldn't understand, nor would she even take the time to talk to me about it. Adam's depressed as it is, and I don't want to keep him down and dragging.
I'm sorry, its probably just an overreaction.

I totally relate to the parents fighting and sister drama right now. Sometimes I just wish my parents would take a minute and think that it's NOT okay to fight in front of their kids. & sisters can be really fun sometimes- but usually, as people grow up, they're SO fricking annoying! I think you just shouldn't take sides. My parents have the habit of putting down the other while talking to me. I just tell them I don't want to hear it, and they usually stop.

I'll never understand how people can get older and just ditch everyone that helped them along the way. Maybe she's being pressured into hanging out with other people. Sometimes we get caught up in being liked over being loved. I'd give her complete space right now. If you have another way to get to school, I'd do it. Don't avoid her, just don't go out of your way to be overly nice or friendly to her. Once she thinks that you're actually moving on, she may come to her senses and talk to you about it. This could be an attention thing, and once you don't give her any, there's no point to it. And if she doesn't realize what a great friend you are, then it's her loss, and you shouldn't have to feel bad about it.

I don't have much experience with liking a friend, but I think you should do the same thing with Adam that I suggested with your other friend. Give him time to get over everything, he probably just wants to be alone, and you can't really blame him. Maybe he's avoiding you because if he's around a girl, it'd remind him of his ex. Other than that, I'm sorry that I don't have much advice to give. I'm not very good at it. :\

As for having no one to talk to, have you tried going to a lot of social events? After school clubs, even a youth group (even if you aren't into God, it can be really fun)? Even though it might take time to get more friends, you'll be getting out of the house a lot more which means less time with your fighting parents and bratty sister.
I really hope everything gets better. I hate when people are having hard times. I'll be sure to keep you in my thoughts and prayers.

I like Twilight, but her writing does suck. And I always get mad because EVERYONE compares her to Jo. The only thing they have in common is the fact they write in the semi-sci-fi area.
