Hey there.
My name's Gabrielle, but you can call me Gabby. I am twenty years old and currently enrolled in college. A victim of poor judgement and a weakness for pretty faces, I am perpetually single. My favorite band in the whole wide world is Scarling, closely followed by The Cure. I love batcave/dark wave music, anything by Francesca Lia Block, Shakespeare (in a completely non-pretentious way, I assure you), absurdly sappy and cliche romantic scenes, green tea, the colors pink, gray, and aqua, vampires, Harry Potter, reading for hours on end, and, saving the best for last, Grimmjow Jaegerjaques.
I'm a storyteller, first and foremost, and a writer next. The difference? As of right now, I am more concerned with telling a good story than delving deep into the subconscious, among other things. My stories are over-the-top, dramatic, and border on ridiculous but I try really hard to be original and write something different than your average, run of the mill slash/yaoi fanfiction. I hope you enjoy reading them as much I've enjoyed writing them. In general, I'm not a very consistent updater. But I am a fan of long chapters so you can be sure when there is an update I always try to make up for the wait with word count. I don't respond well to being pressured for updates, so it would be much appreciated if you check demands at the door. Also, I attempt to reply to every review I get. If I don't respond to one, it's nothing personal, I just screwed up somewhere. But I do read every single last one and know that I cherish all of them and they warm the cockles of my heart. I can't express how much the support I've received since I began writing GrimmIchi means to me, though I can say it truly made me believe in my passion for writing again. To know others enjoy the silly fantasies I type up at ungodly hours after twenty-three cups of coffee is an amazing feeling. It gives me a sense of purpose in this hectic stage of my life. From the bottom of my heart, and coffee mug, to all of my readers: thank you.

man, gotta say that right now after seeing some pics of Grimmjow on my dash in tumblr- i rly fucking miss you and all my old friends here. ITs been... god, years. And im still worried that youre you know... gone. The GONE, kind of gone. One day soon i hope you come out and say youre ok, but thats fine if you dont. If youre hiding from something, I know what that feels like too, so thats alright, I abandoned my old acc on tumblr 'cause of some harrasment and my past with stalkers made me feel THAT unsafe. But one day id like to see you come back. Or, in the very least have peace of mind with you on some other account. I mean. Id like to think that, eh?

*huggles* I know how you feel, I hadn't been feeling myself lately either since a bout of stress/depression around middle of last year (though I hadn't been feeling like myself since college years ago, but last year kind of hit a nail), I still am somewhat, and my motivations has gotten a lot more sporadic...that, I admit, sometimes I would wonder why do I even bother with drawing anymore (not that I do not know why).
I hope and pray that it won't get worst and hope that things will soon turn for the better for you, hon' *reaches out through the screen and squeezes your hands*

I totally know what you're going through, I've been feeling that way for a while now. I too wonder if I should even bother with my writing and lately I can't stop thinking everything I've written is awful and not even close to being as amazing as some of the awesome GrimmIchi fics out there. But I know I can't abandon my hobby turned addiction. It's a major part of my life, it gives me a reason to keep on going. Forgive me but I have to think that you too have a deep connection to your amazing artwork. Don't let the darkness consume you and when youu deel like you have nothing left hang on to that passion like it's your lifeline. We all need the Grimmjow Goddess to bless us with her breathtaking artwork.

What age you make Ichigo in the fic or drawing is irrelevant because you are not the original owner. This is where their policy actually makes sense. They take account for the original state and age of the character where they currently are in the canon setting of their stories. Even if we are putting the character in an alternative universe, it doesn't change the fact that the character isn't ours to begin with.
The problem that DA does have, is that they're 1) placing rules on a fictional character and 2) they're completely ignoring "age of consent".
So once again they have proven to me how contradicting they are in their policies.

Hey, I've been a fan of your GrimmIchi fanfics for a while now, I think I've read the majority of them, and I just wanted to say they're brilliant. I can't tell you how much I love the fact that it's not all just smut, and that you come up with inventive AU storylines for each one & that you portray the characters really well & their relationship, especially with Blue Collar Angel and Kisota. Keep up the good work!
