It means:
The Phantom of the Opera is in my mind.
Softly, Music of the Night will caress you (actually in Vietnamese "softly" must be at the end of the sentence).
Say you share with me one love, one lifetime.

It is memorabel quotes to me in the movie.

There is a song "The Phantom of the Opera" that is translated into my language and was sung in a live show. I've got that song as MP3. Don't know if you are interested in it. Its purpose was for the movie or any musical show, just performed for fun by famous singers. The music is quite different. It was sung in both Vietnamese and English. But you must forgive singers' English skill when they sing the English part.
