# About me
The facts are these:Lauren got her start, as most people do, when she was born. And when Lauren was born, it snowed. This would not be unusual, except that Lauren was born in Louisiana, where the climate is not at all suited for snow, and therefore it does not happen everyday. In fact, it has never happened again since the way it had then. Lauren spent a good part of her childhood trying to discover wither there was a hidden meaning behind it. Perhaps something that might be significant in her life. But, alas, she has yet to discover it.
She spent the rest of her childhood avoiding attention and most forms of human contact, preferring the company of literature and friendly animals. Usually, she would escape into her mind where love had an optimistic chance of winning, but independence and tragic twists reigned above all else. This world of make believe combined mystery, magic, dark humor, giddy romanticism, animals, technicolor landscapes, musical numbers, and, of course, pies.
Today, she is known for her biting comments, witty banter, silly questions, and very little else. She is still very naΓ―ve and out of touch with reality. She asked me to tell you that she is very glad to meet you.
