tho it might be due to my blend sai -settings?
on clip i tried everything. there you need to go on real soft and still it's "too hard" so you always see the strokes
like it blends just the stroke but not the surrounding area
while in sai I don't even need to go to "soft" since with the hard blend you just use little pressure to swoosh around and make it all look like with soft blend

let's see... so ur issue is the pressure. U need to press harder in clip but u still see the strokes. Ok, that seems like ur pressure controls are off. But that's an easy fix.
The smoothness of the blend is determined by a couple things: the density of the paint, the colour extension, and the aliasing. I messed around with the default settings, let me know if any of these candy hotdogs do the trick. So far the only ones that leave a visible stroke are the watercolour ones.
