Firstly, for promoting your works you can use such things as groups. People create groups dedicated to different themes - arts, literature, different fandoms and other. You can find specific groups here - groups.deviantart.com/
Secondly - feel free to communicate with people! Send other people llamas, fave and comment their works, add them to your watch - it helps to show yourself and your works to community a lot! It is a really good way to find new friends and watchers. Here is a llama for you in greeting! ^^ I hope my advice was useful for you! Β
