Did you ask why? Sometimes you actually have to ask before they tell you. It can be frustrating. If you don't get an answer within the week I will see if we can walk through it together and figure out the problem, just let me know!

"Snapshot-INC" ^^ just wondered if the art I submit to DA would be visible at the group gallery... or have I to submit it twice? it's my first group I'm in ^^

What you do is upload your pictures (submit art) like you normally do and then you go to the group "Snapshot-INC" and click on the folder in that group you want to submit it too and a box will come up of all your photos. Pick the one you want to enter and click submit button and then the Done button. That's it.
