# About me
I love many things, but most especially Ancient Egypt as can be seen by the number of Egpytian Deviations I've . Lately I've been doing a lot of professional sewing work. I'm also the writer of "Ra's Warrior & the Talismans of Time", an epic Egyptian time-trave novel.RA's WARRIOR IS NOW SEEKING A DEDICATED ARTIST TO SEE IT TO FRUITION. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK ON A BACK-END BASIS & SEND PAGES REGULARLY. Note me if interested.
I can't draw well so most of my art is 3D.
Thank you so much for visiting my page.

So question for you then.Β Think you'd be interested in some paid work?
I've been looking for someone to commission some bead sized sculpts that I can use to make silicone molds for some Egyptian costumes I plan on designing. These molds would be for my own use on my costume designs and not to be sold individually. Β I need a stylized Egyptian lotus in 2 sizes (1' & 3/4"), a lotus bud (1/2"), a centerpiece scarab, a small scarab, a winged scarab, and an ankh (1").
Let me know if you're interested.

I would definitely be interested!
I'll dig into my Egyptian jewelry reference and see what I can come up with for you.
What is your idea timeline? Budget?
Each sculpted piece would run between $20-30.
Thank you kindly for your inquiry!!

That's a little more than I can afford at the moment. I will have to think about it. Timeline isn't a big deal but I can't spend more than $10 a piece. I'm just starting out.

No worries. I'll be around.
For future reference, I generally charge by the hour($10).
Even small designs and sculpts can take up to 3-4 hours to create.

Been good & you? Haven't spent much time here lately.
Saw your lovely temple!
Me, I've been spending lots of time readying my new outfit for release. Thankfully all I have left are the promos. Next up is the jewelry that goes with it.

Living in a dying country becomes for me every day more tiring... but this apart, I stay well for now.
Thanks for your kindness. Like you, I've taken some time to learn more about CG. The hypostyle hall is, I hope, the first work of this kind.
Good job with your outfit. I never had much familiarity with the garment maker and dynamic clothing. I'm starting just now with rigging process, but I must do a little practice yet.

My hubby got me a wonderful card, chocolates, a nice manicure set, a new computer (I got it a few months ago though), took me to dinner & the Panthers hockey game. It was a terrific birthday!

Definitely, that's why I role my eyes whenever I hear a woman say she wants to find the "perfect man". There's no such thing as the perfect man. Each man has their faults, their secrets and imperfections. It's up to the man to want to address and work on those issues, and too many women want to "change" the man. Face it, only the man can make himself change. I learned that watching my mom with her boyfriend. *sigh* I just want a guy someday who despite his flaws, he'll do his best to love me and make a good life.

I totally agree, no man is perfect & you can't change them. As long as they do their best to love you & give you a good life, you're lucky. My man doesn't abuse or mistreat me. What he does do is encourage me in my endeavors, loves me, & treats me as his equal. Happy to say, I'm lucky.

I agree so much with that. Perhaps that's why so many marriages and relationships fail...women are looking for the "perfect" man because society says that's the only man worth marrying. No it's not. Just like there are no perfect women, there are no perfect men. I learned that a very long time ago.

cleasterwood In reply to CaribbeanRose9 [2011-12-18 12:14:09 +0000 UTC]
I stopped listening to "society" a long, long time ago cause most of the time they don't know what they're talking about anyway. LoL I'm just happy to have found my soul-mate, which is truly rare in this day & age.

Yes, it is rare. All that matters is that you're there for him, and he's there for you. Many blessings.

Wow, that's incredible! I do wish you all the luck. I don't know if love will ever happen for me, but I still believe in true love, and it's wonderful to see with an old married couple together for fifty or more years. When the husband looks at his wife with the same love as when he first saw her fifty years ago, it's beautiful indeed.
