# About me
At ArtofWhere we believe that art should not only be something you hang on your walls, but also something that you put on your head, sew on your backpack, sleep on, and cover the holes on your jeans with. Art should be affordable and part of your style day-to-day. It should also be easy to get and within your control; use our design lab to create hats and patches of your artwork and wear and share it wherever you are in the world!# Comments

Kate,
Can you tell me why my products are not showing up in my AOW store? Here's the process I went through after joining and creating the store:
1) Used the builder to build a product
2) Saved the project
3) Previewed the product
4) Saved the Mockup (not change the name)
5) Went to account > Manage Products > Add New Product
6) Named the product > uploaded the corresponding Mockup > Selected the type of product > chose the Categories
7) And pressed Submit.
The list of all my items (minus Beanie Hats cause I've gotten no word on their progress) are all listed in my account but not showing up in my store.
I filled out the contact form with the Beanie Request this past Wednesday and have not heard back about them.
What's going on?
My username on AOW is the same I use everywhere:
SEspider
Here's my Profile/Store:

Thanks in advance.

Say I want to make a hat... and I have a question
What would be the "Ideal" Size for a image document for a hat, so that the design will come out crisp?
(I prefer Pixel dimensions, but Any other would be fine...)

Hi! the ideal is around 7323 by 3659 pixels. if you upload this into the design lab it should fit to screen and be a good quality. I may be slightly off with the size. you can also scale in the lab if needs be...
