o. o What program do you use? Do you use a tablet? Your linework is so clean @.@ Sorry I'm gonna ask a bunch of questions now. xD

I use the pen tool in Adobe Illustrator, it's all vector, which is why it's cleaaan. I have no tablet T_T Hopefully I will soon as I'd reaaally looove to start digital painting. What do you use, I'd guess SAI maybe? There's a pen tool in Photoshop too, if you have that. I think there's good tutorials for it on here if you'd like to try it. c:

You need one! +A+ I can drag you to DoD and iscribble. 
I use gimp. Every copy of SAI I came across was a pay for, or the trial version. Before that I was on Corel Painter, but it crashes constantly. X| It's awful!
Gimp does have a pen tool, but once more, woosh, it's right over my head. xD 8U Actually, tutorials are a good idea. Most of what I'm doing is just pressing buttons until I think I have it figured out. :'|
