I draw as a hobby. Hopefully I can get better at it.

I use Gimp for my arts because I am an unwashed peasant.

!!IMPORTANT UPDATE!! I now use Krita for most of my art (because I figured out how to line stabilising and layer masking on it before I did with Gimp) but I am still unwashed and a peasant so that has not changed.

Aww, it's not hard to pick up! I just enjoy doing the fast swipes of crosshatching when I draw, it just takes some practice, I'm sure you could do it too!

GIMP is appropriately named, I'll give it that much.

Like don't get me wrong, it's outrageously-good for a free program and has all of the basic things you need and then some, but sometimes I look at stuff like Photoshop and Paint Tool SAI and all the crazy features they seem to have and just... Q.Q

Most of it's probably lack of practice on my part, tho :V I need to git gud
