I really like your [link] , the colours are stunning, and those clouds seem soooo huge, they make you feel so small and powerless... Here in Switzerland I think it'd be impossible to see a scenery like that, because of all the mountains we have. Were the colours you saw with your eyes the same that you got in the picture?

Hi! Thanks for the comment!! I'm glad you liked my photo, that's one of my favorites too even though it's almost a year old now. It was lighter with the naked eye but the colors weren't as dramatic and vivid, so I definitely like the film capture better. I left the shutter open for 7 seconds to capture more light. =) (Smile)

:) (Smile) thank you for your answer! I was quite curious about the tecnique... I'm using a digital camera which can't have a 7 sec exposure, but infos will be useful when I have a more technical camera ;) (Wink)

yep yep, exposure times and the aperture are quite fun. They're so variable that you can get a million different results!

My father's still got a 20-year-old Canon, quite a professional camera, but I can't think about spending so much money to develop films...

oh yeah, true. we have a wholesale store here that will develop a 24-exposure roll for like, $4. lol. $3 if you have them put onto a CD =) (Smile) Move to cali and become a 35mm photographer!! ;) (Wink)
